♥In light of my most recent episode, I thank you all for the amazing feedback I've been getting. It is really heartwarming. A lot of people suffer in silence because of the stigma that surrounds mental health issues. Society has made Mental health issues a trend and a joke. This makes it difficult for those suffering from it to actually receive the help they need to get better. It breaks my heart to see young people, barely teenagers, talking about thinking to attempt suicide. You have your whole life ahead of you. You want kids? Stay alive to hear them laugh when you tickle them. You love music? Stay alive to listen to your favorite bands' next album. You love art? Stay alive to enjoy the beauty of pen/brush/pencil/chalk meeting paper. You love sports? Stay alive to see your favorite player get to the peak of their sports careers. You love movies? Stay alive to watch the best productions of your lifetime. You love video games? Stay alive to see your favorite games become virtual reality and more. You love reading? Stay alive for your favorite book's sequel. And that's just ¹/1000th of the reasons why you should stay. It's never easy. Nothing worth it ever is. But once you come out from under that dark cloud, you'll feel so proud of yourself, looking back at the distance you've covered. Even if you come out with scars, they are just trophies of battles you fought and won. Leave a comment with your story or a story of someone you know or have heard or read of.
