SO LIKE my theory was right about the bank HAHAHA except that choi do il's father actually got caught...
Little Women Ep 10 Theories and Analysis: Choi Do-il did not betray Oh Injoo
Spoiler alert if you have yet to watch episode 10!
(1) Choi Do-il’s Betrayal? I think not.
In the last scene of episode 10, we find that Oh In-Joo’s bank account have been completely wiped out supposedly by Choi Do-il.
We have been warned many times that Choi Do-il was not to be trusted but I still trust him. Here’s why:
1. Hyorin’s bank book
In this scene where Hyerin was saved by the 3 of them, Do-il took the banks books and placed it in his bag (but yes, the besties had to use them to go overseas but he might have kept one of them).
What if, Do-il was expecting something to happen and transferred the 70 billion won to somewhere else safe - like Hyorin’s bank? Some theorize that it was to frame Sangah for embezzling the 70 billion won by putting them in her daughter’s bank.
2. Choi Do-il character
Ngl, I think he’s in love with Oh Injoo LOL + even though he dislike’s his father, he still did not abandon him for his mother, showing how he is still a human being who will empathise with others around him - including the Oh’s sisters.
3. Choi Do-il’s father being caught by the police
Do-il’s father was caught by the police for holding onto guns but the gun that his father had was placed in Do-il’s bag, NOT his father’s bag.
BUT there was so much emphasis on his father’s bag that makes us wonder - what was SO important in the bag that his father would say such a thing? Could be the bank books? Could be Blue Orchids? But I guess we will find out this game changer next week.
(2) The Creepy Blue Orchid
If you look closely at the scene where Jaesang was with Sangah at the hospital, the look at Jaesang’s face was unusual - as if Sangah had passed him the blue orchid and he knew his time was up. Sang-ah got tired of one her favourite play toys. You can look at this scene here
As soon as Jaesang’s suicide news broke out, the speechless Inkyung stared at the camera in shock, confusion and fear all at once. Then, we are shown the blue orchid through the camera lens - seemingly foreshadowing her downfall and that she is next (as seen in her kidnapping the the next episode’s preview)

Little Women Theory: Hwayoung is Alive
Spoiler alert if you have yet to watch episode 8!
Car Accident - Part 1
Both cars was chasing injoo's car but as the truck was about to carsh into injoo's car, the white car sped up to block the damage from injoo's car. Hmm... but who in Singapore would do that apart from Hwayoung, if she's still alive?
Hospital Scene
I think we all lowkey instinctively "know" that injoo meeting hwayoung in the hospital wasn't a dream.
Blood stains on hwayoung shirt, as if she was in the accident herself (supporting the above)
Hwayoung knows injoo's shoe size from the scene when she first lend injoo her heels + it doesnt feel like what sangah would do?
Different Yellow Dress

Okay, but if Hwayoung is alive, this comes to my next sub-theory that
Choi Do-il is a bad person
He is fully capable of planning the car accident. If the theories above hold true that
Hwayoung protected her from the car accident
The real hwayoung with the yellow dress gave her the note to warn Do Il
Then, the car accident was a failed plan by Choi Do Il to kill her.

Love and Redemption VS Ashes of Love
VS
Both L&R (2020) and AoL (2018) are well-known xianxia dramas and have often be compared to one another due to its similarity of the innocent FL and a powerful ML who is a pheonix deity. Fan of one of them and deciding whether to watch the other OR only having time to watch one of them? Try reading this post which may help you decide on the one you are destined to watch!
PLOT
Love and Redemption (59 eps):
less draggy and straight to the point
all episodes are equally good
female lead is very strong after she discovers her power so this could be a selling point to people who like a strong female lead
more first lead couple scenes
more satisfying ending
weaker chemistry compared to AoL
Ashes of Love (63 eps):
an emotional roller caster ride - extremely sad (warning!)
the episodes gets better and better (start may be a bit unappetising but it beats the above drama from ep 40 onwards)
better writing in terms of the words used (only applies to people who will watch it raw/ unsubbed)
more annoyingly dumb FL but has the best character development in all dramas that I’ve seen
better acting (second ML was gained praise for his acting)
can be a bit boring from ep 10-30
OTHER FACTORS
So which one should i watch?
In my opinion, if you are new to xianxia (historical-fantasy) chinese dramas, I would recommend love and redemption as it has better graphics and is less draggy. However, if this isn’t you first xianxia drama, i would recommend ashes of love as it is deeper and is a drama that not everyone can appreciate.
If you are planning to watch both, I would recommend watching L&R first followed by AoL because the innocence/stupidity of the FL in AoL can frustrate the viewer but if you’ve watched L&R before, it can kinda train you HAHAHA. Furthermore, AoL is darker and deeper than L&R and may not be a good idea to start watching it first.

Penthouse kdrama theories
Gathered these theories from my own opinions and others
1. Oh Yoon Hee is not dead
I think everyone knows this. Logan Lee has no intentions to kill her because he rather the truth come to light then killing another person + he may have been convinced slightly by OYH’s last words. Betting $10 on this
2. The twins biological mother is Shin Su Ryeon’s lookalike
Bottom pic is from the pic that Logan Lee showed SSR about the twins biologicial mother. According to korea news outlets, Lee Ji Ah (actress of SSR) is involved in the filming of S2 and that some actors/actresses will take on double roles. This means that there is a high possibility that Lee Ji Ah will play both their biological mother and SSR (dead or alive). Furthermore, Joo Dan Tae always has this weird obssession over his wife where he killed her initial husband and it may also be because she looks so much like his previous wife.
There is also a theory that the one stabbed in the room and the one receiving the call was 2 different people - one of them being their biological mother and the other being SSR herself. SSR being smart af and always 5 steps ahead of others, she wouldn’t fall that easily into JDT’s trap and might have asked for help from the biological mother like switching her bodies or etc.
3. Appearance of new main characters
With OYH and Logan Lee on SSR side, it is not enough to take down the Hera Place people. It may be possible that these 2 who got a decent amount of screen time in episode 20-21 may be involved in investigating SSR death since both look really smart HAHAH. Predicting that Jenny’s father (who’s in jail in S1) may appear too but unsure on which side will benefit.
4. Children and Dr Ha VS Adults
With Eun Byul going absolutely nuts, Seok hoon finding the maid and his father suspicious, Seok Kyung’s love for SSR and Jenny’s new friendship with Bae No Ra, I have a strong feeling that they will team up to bring down their parents but not to the point of exposing them (maybe CSJ and JDT tho). It seems like all of them are realising their mistakes and have positive character development (Eun Byul going nuts is what i live for). Since Dr Ha is an outcast now, I really hope he will go against them too.
5. Oh Yoon Hee did not kill Min Seol A
This is probably the weakest theories but ill just say it. Some people think that OYH did not recollect her memories properly when CSJ was the one that pushed her off the balcony.

Sorry not sorry about that wave of I Am Not A Robot. It is probably the best drama of 2017-2018 the characters have so much development in the first 10 episode and you love them immediately. I am seriously anticipating on how they are going to end this kdrama series!! I highly recommend it!
