Fuck writing a 5 paragraph essay for my world history class that is 50% of my final grade. I'm writing that 10 page insanely overcomplicated and incomprehensible analysis on the AI and their Self-Awareness.

idk if this is a trope or whatever but i love it so much when fictional characters massively downplay the severity of their injuries but in more of a comedic way than a tragic one. like some guy gets impaled and they just glance down at the shard of metal sticking out of them and say some dumb bullshit like "oh man. that's gonna need some ice." and then pass out while all their friends yell at them for being an unfunny idiot with terrible priorities.

I forget which act it's in but it is the scene you're talking about, he specifically says something along the lines of "Gordon, that man was my best friend, which means I can access his memories!" after that NPC dies. At least as far as I can remember.

I feel like we as a society need to remember that Dr Coomer has the ability to access people's memories when he considers them his friends. Hey is anyone gonna write about that
