hi! i’m sharing this to the public to raise awareness on how easily plagiarism can be done, and how the people who practice that THINK they can easily get away with it through an apology. please report or block @/markleeberries (but warning: their account is nsfw, yet there’s no warning on their account).

first of all, plagiarism crushes a writer. when i read their message to me for the first time, my confidence instantly drained out. i logged into tumblr with a new writing piece that day, only to not post it anymore. i put so much thought, time, and effort to create everything that i write, then someone would easily copy-paste it or screenshot it without permission or credits. that’s so awful. please think first before you do something. regretting in the end doesn’t suffice because the act has already been done.

second of all, this apology is not even meant to its core. if it were, i wouldn’t be left on read after being apologized to. if it were, i would’ve been given transparency, and shown the videos that contained my works without my permission. they even knew what plagiarism was, yet they consciously did it. i gave them enough time to respond to me, but they never did.

i’m still so sad and offended over this. the least @/markleeberries could’ve done was to respect me, if not my works. please help me out on this, and be more cautious. i hope no other writer would experience this.

[9:21 pm] “sorry,” your shyness is keeping you too focused on the floor, while you walk with soobin under the night sky. you clench your fingers in the pockets of your thick coat. “sorry it felt awkward.”

“huh?” soobin manages to react to what you said, despite the amusement he has for the pretty lights that the city must’ve prepared for the upcoming holidays. he makes sure that his face brightens up before assuring you, “not at all.”

he notices you scrunch your nose, which leads him to stop his tracks for you to notice the sincerity in his face.

soobin wants to say that tonight has been meaningful to him. in all honesty, he thinks your parents’ house is welcoming. your mom cooks the best galbijjim there is, too. when he took his first bite tonight, it made him remember ansan. your dad’s exaggerated laughter, on the other hand, reminded him of his last few nights in his hometown before moving to seoul.

you see, soobin knows how he feels about tonight. he builds up the courage to share his heart’s content as he tells you, “it felt like home.”

[4:37 pm] this is the fifth time that taehyun is spending your time together in studying new magic tricks. you only see each other once a week, so it’s actually taking a toll on you.

with his eyes fixated on the computer screen for a video tutorial, you give him a back hug. “tyun, look at me.” you tell him, only to be responded with a hum.

you try again, “actually, i’ve been learning new magic tricks as well.”

taehyun pauses the video to look at you surprisingly. “really?” he asks in a tone of enthusiasm, “tell me what kind.”

he turns around to position his hands on your waist. you’re both facing each other, and you smile. “it’s the kind that i fall more in love whenever you look at me like this.”

(you begin laughing as taehyun rolls his eyes at you. he faces the computer screen again to resume watching the tutorial.)

I’m shy and sarcastic still but i can relate more closely to her than readers from other fics. and yeonjuns personality isn’t out of character really i think

a/n: hi! here’s a preview to the prequel of being in denial at 2:26 pm, but yeonjun happens to know you too well to let it pass. i hope you like this so far! it’s more on yeonjun’s perspective now c: thank you for being patient with me on writing this, i really appreciate the anticipation <33

PREVIEW

summary: yeonjun realizes that he wants to be more than a friend to you.

pairing: idol!yeonjun x tsundere!reader

[9:07 am] yeonjun remembers the day he met you outside the company building, as if it’s the answer to a trick question he’s been wanting to be asked. it’s still vivid to him that you were so beautiful at first glance. was it weird that he had to know you all of a sudden? even then, yeonjun wanted to be the reason behind your smile.

but, damn, if only you weren’t so impassive.

you’ve been sharing the same bench for almost ten minutes, and not once did you smile at his attempts to entertain you with the conversation starters he could think of. you were looking anywhere else too, just not at his direction. yeonjun couldn’t believe he was spending his break time this way, though he didn’t have it in him to let you go.

yeonjun mumbled to his donut, “why is she so,” but was cut off when he realized that your eyes were directed to him already. great, he finally gained your attention the moment he decided to talk to his food. yeonjun stared back at you before standing hurriedly, “okay, i’m going.”

he began to walk ahead, and it was the only time you talked.

“wait,” you called out to him, who looked at you like he didn’t just embarrass himself. yeonjun felt so foolish to be head over heels for a stranger like that, but could he blame himself? you seemed so entrancing.

pointing to his building, you asked him, “do you work there?” yeonjun’s talkative mouth suddenly went dry from hearing your voice, so he settled with nodding. you only nodded back in response, and he saw it as a sign that you were done talking, but he wanted to stay.

“i-i’m training,” he shared, “you know, to become an idol.”

yeonjun expected you to perk up at the information you were given, at least. he had a smug on his face as he held his upper arm to squeeze out his biceps in front of you, totally forgetting that he was holding a donut in the shape of a bear.

instead, he got nothing from you. your face remained neutral in response. “that’s nice,” you managed to comment, and it made yeonjun even more embarrassed. you stood from the bench, “i hope we can be friends, then. i work part time in the bakery that makes those donuts.”

“i’m yeonjun.” he introduced himself in exchange for your name, only to be given a smile from you for the first time in your encounter. you had no plans to tell him your name yet, “i’ll keep that in mind.”

with that, you walked your way to the bakery, leaving yeonjun alone with his lovestruck gaze stuck on you.

Beomgyu + noodles?

[6:03 am] you run to the convenience store for breakfast with roommate!beomgyu before continuing your way to campus.

your sleep-deprived mind is making you hungrier by the minute, so you hurriedly prepare instant noodles with the steamer machine, while beomgyu pays for his biscuits on the counter.

the moment you two leave the store, the first thing you do is dunk your chopsticks in the instant noodles to finally eat it. when you open your mouth, however, beomgyu grabs your hand to position the chopsticks directly to his mouth. he slurps the noodles in front of you, and you just hold the container in shock.

beomgyu takes his time to chew. “wow, that’s good food.” he comments before beginning to walk ahead of you.

(don’t worry, he gives you some of his biscuits after you slap his back for taking the first bite.)

yeonjun + stars

[9:57 pm] yeonjun has made it a habit to look at the stars whenever he’s in the bus ride to his dorm, since it brings him back to the first and (hopefully not) last time he met you.

before you bid goodbye that day, you told him to count as many stars at night as the number of letters in your first name to not forget you, so yeonjun makes it a task for himself.

it’s the fifth night that he’s counted the stars like this, and after doing it is the only time he smiles at himself. yeonjun rests his head on the glass window, and wonders if you’ve done the same for his first name tonight, too.

(not to burst his bubble, but yes, you have.)

[8:03 pm] “so, what do you think about goddesses?” yeonjun asks as he sets aside the mythology books on the table. instead, he occupies the space by leaning over the table with his arms pressed on his chest.

you look around the library to ponder, “aside from being beautiful, i think a goddess is strong on her own.” mimicking his actions, you decide to lean over the table as well, so your faces are now closer than they were. “why’d you ask?”

yeonjun smiles at your unbroken eye contact this whole time. he takes a second to look at your lips, though, before coming back to your gaze. he shrugs, “i think a goddess is you.”
