Harry Styles has never starred in a rom-com. When he is offered a role in one, alongside thriller-star Louis Tomlinson, he sees his opportunity to expand his horizon.
But Harry's golden rule of dating is simple. "Never date your co-star."
When Louis and Harry's chemistry becomes crystal clear to everyone, Harry is determined to prove to everyone that you don't have to fall in love with your co-star. Even if you really like kissing them on screen...
Louis Tomlinson was only looking for a quick summer fling. He certainly doesn't believe in love and that's also not what he's looking for.
A summer in Italy changes everything. When he meets the boy with flowers in his hair, he might just start believing in love.

As Harry and Louis meet again under different circumstances, their story takes a different turn.
A summer romance gone wrong. Or maybe right?
For the past few days, I've started writing my fic for the @titleandtropeficfest which I am really excited about! :) I won't reveal my title yet, but have a little snippet here hihi
When England went to war against Germany, he could not only see his own country crumble, but also his own life. Destruction and pain was on the news everywhere, but most importantly, it lived in Harry’s heart.
He passed by a closed convenience store where dust was starting to collect on the boxes in the display window. A mouse was running past in the back and Harry took a moment to step closer to the window, peering inside further.
It still looked the same like four years ago. For Harry, that felt like an eternity. But he remembered that day all the same.
“I thought your mum told you to stop smoking,” he huffed, sitting down on the little bench in front of the store. The man next to him let out a chuckle, a low and rough one.
Louis pulled his right foot up on the bench, putting his left arm behind Harry onto the backrest. The younger one stiffened, but Louis didn’t seem to pay any attention to it. Harry’s palms began to feel sweaty, but he hid them in the pockets of his beige pants, crossing his legs instead to look a little more relaxed.
Smoke puffed into the air when Louis took another drag of his favourite toxin. “Do you really think I’m gonna listen to her? I’m old enough, Harry.”
He was right. Louis was 21 by now, old enough to buy and do whatever he wanted. Harry had just turned 18, wondering where his life would lead him, but he found himself thinking that it would be okay, as long as Louis would stay his best friend.
“I heard my mum’s doctor say they’re toxic, so I know where your mum is coming from with th-”
“I don’t care, Haz. All the horrible food we got at school already poisoned me for life, a cigarette more or less isn’t going to change that.” Louis looked over at Harry. There was a teasing smile on his face, but all Harry could focus on was the shape of his lips and the stubble growing around it. He sometimes felt the need to feel it for himself – the roughness of it, the burn it would leave on his fingertips. But he never did.
