being a dc fan is so funny sometimes because everyone is so mean and annoying and will wish death upon a writer/another fan but then someone else will post a pic of a batman action figure they got and everyone will revert into kids at the playground going ooooooh i have one like that at home we should play with our action figures so that superman and batman can hug

me: look, it's not just that dick calls him "little brother," okay? it's the fact that barbara asks dick, "anyone i know?" -- meaning, is this someone it's okay to talk hero stuff in front of?, and dick's answer is just, "little brother," and nothing else. he expects her to immediately understand that he is answering her question, that "little brother" is robin, is tim. and barbara does!!! without having to clarify or even pause!!! they're not related at this point but tim IS little brother. it's so obvious that no one has to explain it.

and with like the apology tour thing in the marcy & simon comics i believe this dude totally tried every way possible to make it up to this 17 year old kid who he in his mind had tormented for 5 years
and finn didnt even mind their past experiences at all and he was just like wow this guy keeps making dinner for me and all my friends every single day and he also packs paper bag lunches for me and does as much laundry as possible when hes in my house
