PTSD (HOW TO HANDLE IT AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT) So my trigger that make me nervous or cause my panic attacks is when people get a attitude with me,try to argue over nothing to make you more upset.Or the sounds of ambulance sirens my heart will beat really fast.To calm myself down I listen to music or write sometimes I watch YouTube.Sleep also help if your laying in your room and you have dark curtains.Breathe in and out allow yourself to calm down think about positive things.
