It's me again
Y'all! I'm alive! I know I haven't been super active on here lately (with no memes of the week). January was busy for me. I was travelling almost every week. I will still be travelling a lot throughout the upcoming months in the Spring/Summer, but my trips will be more scattered. Plus, school takes a lot of my time, and keeping up with my other hobbies does too.
Hope y'all are doing well. I'll try to post more, but we'll see.

⚠Notice⚠
Two major things:
On December 1st, I will be closing requests (maybe forever, or at least for a good while). I've been awful about finishing fics (it takes me like two months to finish one) because of a mix of lacking motivation and being busy. I will finish the ones I have in my inbox, but after that, I'm done.
It's not like I don't like taking requests, but I think I'd be much less stressed about it if I wrote fics of my own accord on my own time. Thanks for understanding!
2. I know I just created an HTTYD sideblog, but I'm reading the Chronicles of Narnia all the way through (and re-watching the movies). I just finished re-reading and re-watching The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.
All that said, I think I want to create a sideblog for that as well. What do y'all think?

What Are you Thankful For?
James 1:17 says "Every good and perfect gift comes from above, coming down from the Father of heavenly lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change."
This shows how every single good thing ever to have happened is a blessing from God! Nothing is good apart from him, only a broken attempt to.
Since God is so good reblog with 3-5 things you are thankful for. Being grateful is one of the best ways to draw near to God and find contentment.
Here are mine:
That my dog found an amazing home
For my wonderful, dear friends with whom I do book club
For my gift of writing and imagination
For wonderful, inspiring stories like LotR and HTTYD that have moved me personally (and furthered my faith, though that may sound surprising :)
For close family to be with for Thanksgiving!
