bby is aot worth the watch?? I made it through like the first two episodes I think??

honestly it depends on what ur into! like im a huge stan of aot but tbh i couldnt get through the first episode because of all the blood and gore, so i started the manga instead and got hooked on it and finished it in ~2 days. i really enjoyed it, characters were well written & it was a really interesting + unpredictable plot, but sometimes the anime drags on a bit (in my opinion, which is why i prefer manga)

attack on titan but dodgeball hc’s

eren is most definitely trying his best to DEMOLISH the other team

nothing will stand in his way. anything that does will be crushed.

probably hits a bunch of his teammates accidentally during his rampage

mikasa is mvp

well she would be if she wasn’t constantly lurking around ereh

NO ONE WILL TOUCH EREH

has dove and skidded on the ground at least 20 times to catch the ball and/or protect ereh

armin cowered on the ground behind his teammates for the first 20 minutes and was the last one standing cause everyone else got picked off before him

tries to psych the other team out- “cmon, let’s talk it out- we can talk this out! violence isn’t the answer!” [boos] “you wouldn’t wanna hit me, would you? i’m so weak and defenceless and you would NEVE-‘ [gets hit by 5 different balls]

sasha ate 10 baked potatoes before the game and she gets stitches 30 seconds into the game

she is on the floor crawling around the whole time

‘pls im an injured woman dont throw anything at me :(‘

she also snuck a bunch of snacks into her pockets so she’s snacking at the back until someone gets her out

and she’s still snacking on the sidelines #girboss

connie does not understand what is going on, he thinks it’s catch, so he keeps throwing it at his teammates

and he’s like :’o when everyone yells at him

“ur just mad because u cant catch properly” connie no ur just dumb sweetie

jean wants to be the leader and is the control freak of the team, but no one cares about anything he says

and because eren is not petty at all, he ignores everything jean says and instead gets everyone to do the opposite

marco is the wholesome one. shakes everyone’s hand. smiles and wishes everyone good luck (including the opposing team). is the first one out because he got distracted whilst smiling and waving to his mom, who was in the crowd. yells encouragement from the sidelines. (he’s so precious PLS)

reiner is following historia around constantly trying to be a human shield

spoiler; it doesn’t work

ymir keeps intercepting anything that dares come near historia and “accidentally” whacks reiner every time he gets too close

annie is the true mvp. she’s an absolute machine. but she kicks the balls instead of throwing it. beat up the referee when he tried to tell her it was against the rules

given his size, bertholdt is seemingly an easy target

or is he? bertolto is actually a very speedy player

although he struggled to get how the game worked at first, bertoloto quickly grasped the rules and became the runner up mvp

bertrololololololol has kind of made it his mission to be annie’s back up- always catching/intercepting anything that might hit annie and attacking would-be annie attacks

very good at running, ducking - you name it, birthcontrol can do it!

erwin, surprisingly, is really really really bad at dodgeball

gives a really huge inspirational speech to his team but doesn’t understand the point of it

why throw balls when he has the biggest balls out of everyone? [this was a joke about what a great brave commander he was, not a sex joke. pls don’t cancel me]

anyways all jokes aside, he just stands there like 🧍🏼 what is going on

gets hit very quickly and sits on the sidelines researching the origins of dodgeball

hange managed to invent this robotic arm that throws dodgeballs at an insane pace

but it malfunctions and targets her & her team instead

oh and she built it legs that have suddenly started working and it’s chasing her around now

moblit is frantically running after hange with the remote screaming because he can’t find the off button

(spoiler: there is no off button. hange forgot. in her defence, she made it at 3am on a grand total of -50 hours of sleep)

levi is above this nonsense and is silently judging you all

lmao you thought. he’s lurking in the back throwing stuff at hange #pettygirlboss

Eren: "jaegerbamb"

Eren games. ik this sounds like such a cop out answer but cmon...that dude would have streamy-worthy rage-quits, the best lives, and the most entertaining streams

he would repost all the edits people make of him

he moves to twitch after a while on youtube

all of his fans swear hes fine but everyone who's not is like "yeah hes like a 6"

he rarely collabs with anyone but when he does its always with either mikasa or armin who beat his ass, or connie just bc he loves connie

he HATES horror games and his subs know it so they always request those games and 9 times out of 10 he ends up crying

Mikasa: "wiccanest"

she does manifestation and spirituality stuff

she helps all her baby witches and is EXTREMELY avid about doing things the right way so her subs dont get hurt

she looks scary in her thumbnails but shes actually the softest person to ever exist in her vids

her cats are almost always featured in her videos. their names are keyboard and snufkin

Hange: "Science Rulez"

an account purely for middle school science teachers

theyre an actual scientist not just a youtuber but on their off days because they love their job so much they'll do tiny little videos

they are VERY passionate about teaching biology in schools

they have pet turtles and ferrets that they heavily feature and call them their "assistants" (moblit has a "hey, im right here!" voice bite that they usually play)

moblit is their begrudging camera and light man because he just wants to be able to go on vacation with them on their time off

hange covers EVERYTHING from astronomy to fucking quantum physics and always gets comments about how they changed students whole grades and they ALWAYS respond and/or like

I did try to add extra spacing between images, but Tumblr keeps taking them out.

Okay, so maybe some of the Bertls might have been pushing it, on the other hand there were others I wanted to include that I just couldn't find the right picture.

I realize that despite triple-checking there are still going to be some errors, plus I'm not crazy about some of the layouts, but there was a limit to how much energy I could put in at this time.

I actually know "That Guy" is Samuel, I even remembered Sasha saving him, I also now know way more obscure character names than I thought possible.

Lookalike Game

Here’s a fun game you can play when watching “Attack on Titan”, make sure you have a trusted person with you.

Please note this works best if you are somewhere in the middle of the spectrum that includes on one end, people who think only non-mirrored identical twins count as lookalikes and on the opposite end, people who get confused if two people both have facial features.

While you can choose any particular characters, I recommend, as seen above, Bertholdt, Eren, and Armin.

Now assign a different alcoholic beverage for each character.

Next as you watch, take a drink anytime someone on screen reminds you of one of your chosen characters. For extra fun, pause crowd scenes so you get a good look at everyone.

Here is where your friend can help, have them post the exact episode when you succumb to alcohol poisoning.

For bonus points, they can post the screenshot of the moment when you lost all bodily functions.

Or since it’s a bad idea to annihilate yourself with alcoholic beverages, you can also try using a different color tally mark for each character and see who gets the most lookalikes.

Then have a nice beverage, any kind of beverage, of your choice to celebrate.

Deleted Scene

This includes a nod to an old story theory, though it's a bit simplified.

Although I don't think School Castes Armin has really shown an interest in anyone including Annie.

I wasn't sure which Eren to use at the end, originally I was thinking kid Eren, but decided to go with paths daddy Eren.

Also my younger son sometimes runs around and throws his arms in the air while making sounds like he's blowing up stuff and when we ask him what he's doing, he just says he's exploding.

So that was kind of the inspiration for the one bit of dialogue.

EREN ➫ he never has his camera on and is constantly in a state of confusion because he gets too distracted doing other things. he really wants to give his best effort but he cannot keep up with the teacher or the slides and ends up sitting back in a state of calm panic. the type to constantly be asking what they’re doing in the chat, and his microphone is always crispy when he gets into a breakout room

JEAN ➫ he has so many bones to pick with the way the teacher is teaching the class that jean would sit in total silence and just think about why he is there in the first place. the type to have the mentality of “i could be doing this in my own time, why am i waking up at 9am to watch youtube videos?”. he is definitely the type to challenge the teacher if he sees something he doesn’t agree with and usually he and eren start arguments during the class while everybody else is working

CONNIE ➫ he is too busy playing minecraft to know what is going on. when he is picked on he starts desperately trying to divert the question to somebody else and has used the “my mic isn’t working” card way too many times for it to be believable anymore. he tries to privately message sasha and jean through the chat but accidentally sends it publicly and gets into trouble
