I just need to know so I make them in the correct color for my crocheted Wally, and since I will be needle felting them on and not make a separate piece I need to be sure in my choice of color. The official artwork by clown shows both with black and blue so I’d like to have your input :)

Update on Wally Darling
So I decided to needle felt Wally’s hands, neck, and face. I redid the eyes with needle felting as well but kept the eyelids in place.
I also made the visible part of his button up shirt and necktie. And added more details and layers to his hair, still need to make the top part of his swirl thingy and secure all of the hair pieces at the base of his head, after I’ve finished needle felting that area.
Now I need to needle felt his other hand, and his ears, crochet the sleeves of his cardigan, the white cuffs of his button up that stick out above his hands.
Make his shoes, and finish detailing. 😮💨
This is probably my most complex and most detailed amigurumi yet.

Wally Darling Crochet doll W.I.P :D
The past few days I’ve been working on my current crochet project, a Wally Darling amigurumi.
I’m basically winging everything, no pattern, no pre planning, just trial and error, hahah, so there are some things I might need to go back and fix, like his left eye is a little weird, and the pattern on the pants was accidentally mirrored lol.

We got Scotty! Kind of… I mean we’ll probably meet him next season or something but still.
I mean, that was Kirk, Scotty, Uhura, Chapel, and Spock in the same episode now all we’re missing is unhinged Russian and the Asian fencer! (And maybe Rand)
Things I hated in this episode: Hemmer being killed off. Like I get it, killing off a character you built up to be grouchy and then supportive makes great shock value and gives the message that even though we see the Captain in an apron cooking, this show is dark and sad. Still a low blow!
Things I did NOT hate in this episode: that Spock/Chapel hug. Not because I ship them, not because I think they are trying to make them a thing, but because that was a good friend thing to do. Our boy is going through it and Chapel was there for him. Anything else you read into it is up to you.
