The board of Intermediate and Secondary Education DG Khan was established in the year 1989. The exams were conducted for the first time by DG Khan Board in the year 1990. The areas falling under the jurisdiction of BISE DG Khan include the districts of DG Khan, Layyah, Rajanpur and Muzafargarh. The board performs its duties under ministry of education functioning as by scheduling the date sheet, registering the students, conducting fair exams and producing results.
