i uh, do not know why i’m here

once second there was someone else, the next i suddenly was whisked here. and i hear a song and someone talking up in my head?

i am not allowed to leave the room

said someone is giving,, instructions. and. i was told to explain here, because its safe here and “someone will respond to you, dont worry. i cant help you”

everything feels like its floating and warped, so do i. those memory games “which cup is it in?” i feel like the object in the cup right now. spun afound and disoriented???

the more i learn about rq, the more i realize that *so* many people fall under the umbrella and don't even know it ...

you feel extreme discomfort from being skinny / overweight or short / tall and wish it could be different? that can be transbody !

you forget your own age sometimes because you internally are stuck at a certain age ? or you're a minor who gets euphoria when they're called "mature" and gets uncomfortable when treated as a child? that can be trans age !

i could go on ...
