hi pretty girls how are you guys i was not very well so i decided to do this project it is to help you get out of your mental breakdown days.I was having a hard time and spent my days crying in bed listening to Lana del Rey Sad songs and watching pretty litlle liars I realized it wouldn't help me to be an It girl if I stayed with myself crying and not having positive attitudes of productivity.
first step: let's talk about mental health we need it to be balanced with our habits so the logic is that i was sad so i spent the time crying and its positive i will spend my time being productive and joyful.So we need a good mind for good habits and let's be honest we need to express our feelings so take time and write about what you are going through write about your thoughts what you're feeling, writing about it is very good and it's a way to vent there are other ways too like going to the psychologist or even putting on a song and crying this one is simple and super works for me.
second step: get inspired see types of self care days watch vlogs see about.This post can already serve as an inspiration!!.
third stage : get out of the house for a while go get some air either on the balcony or in a park at this moment relax take a deep breath listen to music that makes you feel good read have fun this stage is about doing things that make us feel good because after letting off steam we have to replenish our energies.
fourth step: self care time my favorite activity you can start eating something healthy or even meditating then do some exercise or even yoga after that go take a good bath hydrate your hair then take care of your skin with your skin care routine use basic products to keep your body comfortable put on your pajamas and sit down to admire the sunset you can read in the meantime listen to songs write etc.dry your hair watch your favorite series and relax.
