5/22 - vegan jalapeño cheddar scones by Lauren Toyota! I’ll have to play around with this recipe, maybe brush the tops with butter to increase browning and include some of the jalapeño seeds in the batter because it didn’t have enough heat for me. still fun and yummy though 😊 (I used violife for the cheddar)
