guess who isn’t dead! After finally having time to Sim again, I found myself needing better homes in Brindleton Bay, and I had a crack at recreating one of my favourite Sims 3 builds, Sandy Steps, by the wonderful @alverdinesims. I liked how it turned out, and with her permission, I’m emerging from the hiatus cave with a CC-free lot for download~
Required packs and info below!
Beagle House is a 3 bath, 2.5 bed, 20x20 house placed on the Bedlington Boathouse lot. You can view the floorplan here. It’ll set your sims back $125,814 and comes equipped for all your pet and laundry needs. To get the house to show up as it appears above, you will need the following packs:
Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Kids Room, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Toddlers and Laundry Day

It’s been a while! I finally had some time off this week, and decided to pop up a quick Tudor Holiday home, Bear House, for you all.

Bear House is a 30x20, 3 bed, 3 bath home built originally in Windenburg. Featuring a nursery and fully landscaped garden, this holiday themed home is perfect for the winter.

Hi anon! No, I haven’t - I just hit a roadblock. I ran out of inspiration for the bigger lots, and I’d planned to start building apartment or multi-family buildings with City Living... until they announced that we couldn’t build our own. So I’ve no idea what to do next, but I *will* come back to it one day!
