So I tried diamond bakery at the Chinatown mall. And I'm kind of on the fence. The flavor variety is nice. The desserts look appealing. The execution was lacking. The sponge cake came off chewy and overdone. The creams had good flavor but not enough to know what it is without being told the flavor. All in all I would try it again. Estiatorio Milos at the cosmopolitan has become one of my favorite restaurants. The food there is so fresh and vibrant. They make sure that all their dishes are served with the freshest and best quality product that the fish is flown in daily from the Mediterranean. Everything we got came out fresh, hot, and flavorful. As many times as been here I've never been disappointed. They can be a bit pricey if you go for dinner because everything is sold as market price. But they have a great lunch special. Three courses for 25 dollars. As a complete venue it can't be beaten with its views of the strip, delicious food done simple, and Mediterranean style. It's a definite must eat here in Vegas. Eggslut has a great concept, location, and menu. But they honestly I feel are lacking. The menu is simple. But the flavors are kind of all over the place. Bonsai Japanese steak and sushi was an experience. But a good experience at that. The sushi was so different compared to other sushi restaurants that try to do all you can eat. The sushi rolls came out fast and cold the appetizers came out just as fast and hot. Everything had such great flavor. I enjoyed everything and will be going back for hibachi. The only thing I wish they did was give more variety to their rolls. Every roll had eel sauce or spicy mayo or cream cheese in them.
