The best way to start off the week: pancakes! Made from banana, oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Sampling some of last night's vegan baked and frozen goods! We foraged two bags of blackberries and a bag of apples and got experimenting! We blended some with yoghurt and coconut for frozen yoghurt. This morning has consisted of signing up to a volunteer programme called Food Cycle. 🚲They run community projects across the country, serving tasty meals for people in need of food and friendship. They reduce food poverty and food waste, along with building a sense of community amongst people from different cultures and backgrounds.
