I've been going through some digging in my brain to hopefully have a hint as of where the kim possible comics I've seen in my childhood could be. I stumbled upon two magazine issues that I'm almost 100% certain that one of them held that specific comic:
MEIDEN and Tina. Both are a teen girl catered magazine that featured Kim Possible. MEIDEN I think was owned by Jetix and later maybe Disney(?) and Tina is non associated I think.
Tina 2007 issue 24 holds (I'm almost certain) the Kim Possible comic I'm looking for.
Other issues of Tina featuring kp are in this list:

Here are two snippits I could find from cover only. Not sure if you've seen these ones before and if you managed to post these comics... first one is about kim and ron shrinking and they're in someone's nose??? Second is Ron forgetting something very important while Kim is initiating the self destruct program.
I don't know HOW you get your magazine scans, but I think you have a better shot at finding out this mystery than I do.
If you somehow get your hands on any of these comics, I'd GLADLY translate it all for you!

Hi. I found those 2x comics. Both of them were released in the USA in the Disney Adventure comics, you can find both of them in a Disney graphic novel/book "Kim Possible Adventures" re-post of old KP comics that was released in 2019. Both of these are in original English. I can't release those scans here due to legal reasons ( I only upload scans of the comics they didnt re-release in that book), but you can find those 2 KP comics you referenced in this book: 1. First pic is "Impossible Voyage" page 35. 2. Second pic is "Rocket Chips" page 51.

P.S. For anyone asking you can repost any of my content elsewhere outside of Tumblr, just please give scan credit to "GEG", thanks.

NOTE1: One of the store’s names as shown on Page 10, “Reichund Schön” in German means, “Rich and Beautiful” and the other store’s name that was shown, “Mausis Mode” in German means “Mouses Fashion”, which is a trivia reference to Minnie/Micky Mouse.

Finished translating this comic from Polish into English.
This is another one of the EU comics I was talking about! The rarest KP comics IN THE WORLD!, they were only released in the EU (Italy, Germany, Poland, Norway, and Netherlands) from 2005-2009!
This canon Kim Possible EU comic is called, “Dangerous Beauty” and it was originally released by Disney first in Italy on July 2005, re-released in Germany on July 26, 2007, then it was later re-re-released in Poland on May 21, 2008 in this magazine called “Kaczor Donald: Kim Kolwiek Magazyn #06-2008″.
I give full scanning credit to @sanderelinka when she shared the non-translated pics of this EU comic last year here on August 20, 2021.
Also, I already did a translation of the other 8pg Kim Possible EU comic that @sanderelinka posted called “Rivals and Dolls” last month on May 21, 2022 that you can find here from my archives:
https://www.tumblr.com/blog/view/un-fairway2003/684897843285229568?source=share
And for some extra news, I have 4 EU-only Kim Possible comics that I have already finished translating that I will be releasing this upcoming Tuesday on June 7, 2022 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Kim Possible! (June 7, 2002).

Finished Translating (German->English) these canon signature cards of Drakken, Shego, Duff Killigan, and Monkey First from the Disney TV show, “Kim Possible” that came from the super-rare KP EU comic magazine “Micky Maus Sonderheft Nr. #02-2009″ that was published on March 26, 2009 in Germany.

Fanart of KP from German fans in March 26, 2009 from one of the super-rare EU KP comic magazines, Micky Maus Nr. “02-2009″
Every copy of the 17 German Micky Maus Sonderheft Kim Possible magazines that were released during 2006-2009 had a fanart section in every one.
I still have a theory that Kim Possible was more popular in Europe than the USA during late 2005-2009 after the 2nd TV movie released, which is why Disney only released EU KP comics there.
Note: “Schreib uns!” means “Write to us!”

As for why Shego left, she knew that Drakken obviously would have started escaping already back to their rendezvous point if the Roboleader failed.

This canon interview with Kim Possible, “The Kim Possible Gang” was released on February 1, 2004 in a mailbox-only subscription magazine called, “Disney Adventures”.
It’s basically about what happens after the episode of Season 3 Episode 11, “Rappin’ Drakken” which was released on June 25, 2005, but the song was originally released in the “Kim Possible Soundtrack” as early as July 22, 2003!.
Why is this interview canon?, 2 reasons:
1. In Season 3 Episode 14, “And the Mole Rat will be CGI” we find out that Disney is a fictional company in the fictional universe of Kim Possible. Hint: notice the “Disneys” logo above the movie title on the book’s front cover:
Tumblr media
Jimmy Blamhammer was making a movie for Disney based about Kim Possible, but using actors instead of the real Team Possible.
2. This was a radio commercial break for, “Radio Disney” in October 2002:
Dr. Drakken, in his "official" tone (like what he used at the Haunted House): Attention, listeners of Radio Disney! I'm here to announce my evil plan to replace all your cool music with my new song: "Pony-Tailed Doctor takes over the world." Kim Possible (snide): So not likely, Drakken! Dr. D (shocked): Kim Possible! Uh-oh. (then, more calmly) I think I shall send Radio Disney on a break while I defeat you!
...other commercials follow, then...
KP (impatiently): Say it, Drakken! (Drakken "argghs" in background) Say it!! Dr. D (sounding beaten): Kim Possible...isn't it enough that you defeated me during Radio Disney's commercial break? KP (impatiently): No. Say it! Dr. D (sounding even more beaten): Oh, All right! I'm bad! And so is my new song, "Pony-Tailed Doctor takes over the world" KP (cheerfully): I'm Kim, and I'm here to save the world! Now, back to more of your music, your way, on Radio Disney!
another KP commercial on Radio Disney
Dr. Drakken (ray gun firing in the background): At last, Shego, I have infiltrated Radio Disney's "Total Control Room"! Shego (sounding skeptical): Dr. Drakken, let's not blow it this time by gloating too soon! Dr. D: oh, don't be silly. In mere moments, I will be playing *my* music, *my* way, and even Kim Possible can't stop me! Shego: Okay, you're gloating... Dr. D: quiet! Here come the commercials...hand me the "Play What I Say" ray.
** COMMERCIALS **
Shego (tapping Drakken): Uh, Doctor D.? Yeah, Radio Disney's back! Dr. D (distracted): One more zap and the music is all mine! Kim Possible: "Your" music Drakken? So not! Dr. D (shocked): Kim Possible!? How did you know?! KP: Doy! You were gloating all over the radio. Shego: Yea, uh-she's got your shrink ray! ZAP! Dr. D (who now sounds about 3 inches tall): Hey, no fair! KP (satisfied): My work is done here. Now back to your music, your way, on Radio Disney!

I had no idea Drakken was actually featured in the “Haunted Mansion” ride at Disney World in Orlando, FL in 2002. Can someone please help me find any more clues/recordings about Drakken regarding this?

This canon Kim Possible comic, “Book ‘em, Rufus!” came out on March 1, 2007 in a mailbox-only subscription magazine called, “Disney Adventures”.
This is the final Kim Possible comic from the American magazine, “Disney Adventures” that I will ever post on Tumblr, because all of the other comics are in an incomplete bundle of 23 comics in a book on Amazon in 2019 called, “Kim Possible Adventures” and its only $10.00 so buy a copy to find them out for yourself! (there was a total of 41 so I posted 18 comics here that were not included in that book for some reason by Disney, so if you look deeper in my older posts you will you find the rest of the missing ones).
