I had this conversation with a friend a couple nights ago. Besides the fact that he doesn't have his UM yet, he is. the Baseline for normality in Twisted Wonderland (this is all lighthearted lmao)
Here's why:

ACE IS THE BASELINE FOR NORMAL
The ONLY other person that gets a chance at 'the normal pass' is Najma, but seeing as her family serves royalty I wouldn't call her normal either.
