started watching a kdrama yesterday

i’ve been meaning to get into them for so long

i’m watching Twenty Five Twenty One. I didn’t even notice that it came out in 2022. I definitely thought it came out way earlier

i really like it so far. I’m only on episode two but it’s really easy for me to be so invested

the main character is very expressive and persistent and has such a niche hobby, i like her

i saw guardians of the galaxy…had to fight the urge to start gasping when i was crying during that specific scene with Rocket. That’s going to affect me for the next week

i saw avatar for the first time. The production was incredible

I heard a lot of people really liked avatar: the way of water so that’s next on my list

i am going to see guardians of the galaxy tomorrow and every single tiktok i’ve seen, people were crying. am i really going to sob in the theater tomorrow night??

big fan of characters with abandonment + attachment issues so profound that they leave claw marks in everything they touch but would sooner gnaw off their own leg than admit they just want someone to stay for once. in a totally normal well adjusted and not at all projecting way of course.

i know emily henry is most known for her depictions of romantic relationships. However, I think the way she writes non-romantic relationships in her books is what makes her a great writer to me.

In Book lovers, the relationships between the sisters and the main friendship between the trio in Happy Place are so complex and beautiful and relatable. so good

listening to fleetwood mac is like. i don’t know this song but let’s give it a shot. oh wait i do know this song. i’ve heard it a million times and always liked it, i just didn’t know the name. on some level i kind of assumed that song was just an ambient part of the world the way the sound of the wind or birdsong in the trees was but apparently it’s by fleetwood mac. neat.
