静岡県熱海市西山に新しくできた「あたみパンダの森ほいくえん」　 @atami.pandanomori にガラスアートを制作しました。 玄関の自動ドアガラス窓に園長夫妻のお好きなひまわりとコスモスの花と保育園の名前にも入っているパンダをモチーフに明るい花が保育園に来る人たちを温かく出迎えるようなイメージで制作しました。 また、玄関は送り迎えしてくれたパパやママとバイバイする場所でもあるのでそんな時にもちもちのパンダを探して楽しく遊んでもらえればと思い、お花の中にパンダをちりばめました。 ーーーーー I created window art for the new "Atami Panda Forest Nursery school" in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture. I painted sunflowers and cosmos flowers, the favorite flowers of the headmaster and his wife, and a panda, which is part of the nursery's name, on the glass window of the automatic door at the entrance. The bright flowers warmly welcome visitors to the nursery. 昨年に引き続き、熱海駅にて鶴亀フォトスポットを展示していただいています！ 今年は鶴は改札前・亀は新幹線の改札前に展示されています。 実はこれはすごいことで、鶴のいる改札前はJR東日本・亀のいる新幹線改札はJR東海と同じ駅でも管轄が違うのですが、熱海駅の皆さんのおかげで垣根を越えて作品を飾っていただくことができました。 また、改札内には期間限定の駅スタンプを設置していただいています。 スタンプ台もリニューアルしています！こちらも駅員さんの手作りです。 同じくフォトスポットのプロフィールや注意喚起などの掲示物も手作りしてくださりました！ 熱海駅を訪れた際はフォトスポットと一緒に周りの展示物も是非ご覧ください。 フォトスポットは1/29・駅スタンプは2/28までの設置となります。 ーー The crane and turtle photo spot has been posted at Atami Station again since last year! This year, the cranes are displayed in front of the ticket gates and the turtles are displayed in front of the Shinkansen ticket gates. This is actually a great thing, because the ticket gate with the cranes is under the jurisdiction of JR East and the ticket gate with the turtle is under the jurisdiction of JR Tokai, two different companies even at the same station, but thanks to the people at Atami Station, they were able to cross the boundary and display their works. Also, a limited-time station stamp has been installed inside the ticket gate. The stamp stand has also been renewed! It is also handmade by the station staff. Since it was the same event, I used the same motif of fish from the waters around Atami as the glass art I painted in LUSCA Atami, but I completely changed the painting materials and techniques to match the environment. The music salon where I exhibited was originally built as a banquet hall. The large windows overlook the garden, which is often visited by wild birds and filled with brilliant blue light. I wanted to create a work that took advantage of this light, so I painted pictures on light-transmitting shoji paper and hung them like a curtain to display them. The driftwood arches supporting the paintings are the work of Shigehiro Yashiro, a woodworker living in Inatori. This collaboration with Mr. Yashiro was realized when he opened a store next to ours while we were working on a glass art project at LUSCA Atami. JUHLA FESTIVAL 2022 モリトテラノオト ワークショップにご参加くださったみなさん、遊びに来てくださったみなさんありがとうございました！ ワークショップは子どもたちに大人気で、オープンした瞬間からほとんど途切れることなく参加していただくことができました！ ワークショップで出てしまうゴミをなるべく減らすべく、パレットやスポンジなど使えるとこまで使ってみよう！と伝えると、みんな賛同していろんなアイデアを提案してくれました。 出来上がったトートバッグに買ったものを入れて使ってる姿はとっても素敵でした。 実家でレスキューしてきたusedのハンカチなども持ち込んでみたのですが、シミや汚れを上手にカバーしてかわいくリデザインしてもらえてハンカチたちも喜んでるように見えました！ 緑いっぱいの境内に魅力的なパフォーマーや出店さんたち。お買い物を楽しみ、美味しいものを食べ、お客さん気分でワクワクしながら過ごした贅沢で幸せな一日でした。 @juhlatokyo のYouTubeの方にライブやトークショーのアーカイブもありますのでイベントが気になった方はぜひご覧ください！ ーーーーー JUHLA FESTIVAL 2022 Moritoteranooto Thank you to everyone who participated in the workshop and came to visit! The workshops were very popular with the children and we had almost uninterrupted participation from the moment we opened. We tried to reduce the amount of trash generated during the workshop by using pallets, sponges, and other usable items. Everyone agreed and suggested various ideas. It was wonderful to see them using the finished tote bags to put the items they had bought in. I also brought in some used handkerchiefs that I had picked up at my parents' house, and the handkerchiefs seemed to be happy that they had been so cutely redesigned to cover the stains and dirt! The grounds were full of greenery and attractive performers and stalls. It was a happy day for me to be able to participate in such a wonderful event, where I could enjoy shopping, eating delicious food and feeling like a customer with excitement in my heart. 熱海市伊豆山のあいぞめ珈琲で開催した二人展「永縁」が終了しました！ 展示に足を運んでくださった皆さんありがとうございました。 今回写真で共作してくれた同郷のYUTAくんと初めて会ったのはちょうど半年前でした。 その時は半年後にこんなにたくさんの方に二人の作品を見てもらえるとは思っていませんでした。 初めて会った日に撮影したた伊豆山の景色も今回作品になっています。 たくさんの方に見ていただくことができてなんだか感慨深かったです。 展示をするときはいつも挑戦の連続で、今回も初めて試す技法・展示方法を勢いで詰め込んでみたのですが、YUTAくんは私の苦手なことが全部得意で終始本当に心強かったです。一緒に挑戦してくれてありがとう。 展示会場としてあいぞめ珈琲を使わせてくれて、展示を作っていく中でもたくさん相談に乗ってくれたゆうきくんと 私たちが在廊できない間に展示に来たお客さんをおもてなししてくれためいちゃんにも心から感謝です。 あいぞめに行くたびに優しい二人にいつも癒されっぱなしでした。 展示に来て二人やあいぞめ珈琲のファンになった方もたくさんいたのではないかと思います。 永縁はまだ続きます。 毎回新しいことも盛り込んでいきます。 一緒に時を重ねていきます。 またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！ ーー Our two-person exhibition "EIEN" at Aizome Coffee in Izusan, Atami City has come to an end! Thank you to everyone who visited the exhibition. It was just six months ago when I first met my hometown boy YUTA, who collaborated with me on the photographs for this exhibition. At the time, I had no idea that so many people would see our work together half a year later. The view of Izusan that I photographed on the day we first met is also included in this work. I was deeply moved by the fact that so many people were able to see our work. Whenever I do an exhibition, it is always a series of challenges, and this time I tried all the techniques and exhibition methods I had never tried before with great vigor. 熱海市伊豆山のあいぞめ珈琲で開催中の二人展「永縁」も早いもので折り返しです♨️ 今回の展示はポスター2点とA4サイズの作品が20点で構成されています🖼 店舗中央に吊り下げて展示されている10作品は私、窓際カウンターに並ぶ10作品はYUTAが写真を選び、タイトルを決めてキャプションの記載をしています✍️ キャプションには撮影地とイラストのモチーフも書いてあるので、写真を見て気になる場所があれば是非同じ風景を探しに熱海の街に出かけてみてくださいね。 キャプションを手書きで作ることは殆どないですが、会場で過ごせる時間がどうしても限られているので、せめて会場に少しでも手の感触が残ればと思い、手書きにしてみました。 タイトルは出来上がった作品を一気に並べて、イラストのモチーフに込めたメッセージを伝えたり写真の場所の思い出を話しながらそれぞれタイトルを決めました。作品と一緒に楽しんでみてくださいね。 今週末19.20日には在廊予定です。タイミングが合う方はぜひお会いしましょうね〜🐬 ーー The "EIEN" exhibition currently being held at Aizome Coffee in Izusan, Atami, is already halfway through its run . The exhibition consists of two posters and 20 A4 size works. I selected the 10 photos hanging in the center of the store, and YUTA selected the 10 photos lined up on the counter by the window, each with a title and caption. The captions include the photo's location and the illustration motif. If you find a photo location that interests you, please go out to the city of Atami and look for the same scenery. I rarely make handwritten captions, but since the time I can spend in the gallery is inevitably limited, I decided to write them by hand, hoping to at least leave a little touch of my hand in the venue. The titles were decided one by one as I laid out the completed works all at once, conveying the messages I had put into the motifs of the illustrations and recounting my memories of the places captured in the photographs.
