Dark times for athletics. The World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) says it is "very alarmed" after fresh allegations of suspected doping emerged in a leak of test data. The Sunday Times and German broadcaster ARD/WDR have obtained access to the results of 12,000 blood tests from 5,000 athletes between 2001 and 2012. According to the newspaper, the evidence - which has been seen by the BBC - reveals the "extraordinary extent of cheating" by athletes at the world's biggest events. More than 800 athletes - one in seven of those named in the files - have recorded blood tests described by one of the experts as "highly suggestive of doping or at the very least abnormal". TIRE TOSSIN’ // When in Australia, train like an Australian …not that Aussies typically toss old tires but I couldn’t imagine why a bunch of tires would be laying around outside of our local gym not to be tossed! 😜 Nice change from the weight room 😉 // www.litalewis.com (at www.litalewis.com)

Remember that success is not a smooth trajectory to the stars…you’re going to hit many roadblocks along the way. You have to expect that, be prepared for it, and pick yourself back up every time it happens. DO NOT QUIT. That’s how you’ll become continuously stronger.
