I recently had surgery, and at the time I came home, I had both my cat and one of my grandma's cats staying with me.
- Within hours of surgery, I wake up from a nap to my cat gently sniffing at my incisions with great alarm.
- I was not allowed to shower the first day after surgery, and the cats, seeing that The Large Cat is not observing its cleaning ritual, decided I must be gravely disabled and compensated by licking all the exposed skin on my arms, face, and legs.
- I currently have to sleep with a pillow over my abdomen because my cat insists on climbing on top of me and covering my incisions with her body while I sleep (which is very sweet but not exactly comfortable without the pillow). She also lays across me facing my bedroom door, presumably on guard for attackers who may try to harm me while I'm sleeping and injured.

this is assuming its on art you normally wouldn't jump to reblog. i myself only rb stuff i really really like so .
The 'rude/demanding' tone would be stuff along the lines of "if you like but don't reblog I'll [threat]" which i see surprisingly often, both serious and more silly
#i picked the wrong option bc i read it wrong#i don't usually reblog anything that asks me to reblog except charity stuff or posts that i think contain interesting/useful information#if it's your personal post and nothing more and you're asking to reblog even in a polite way it just feels rude#idk how to describe it. it just makes me feel put off.#i think the point is it's supposed to be like engagement reminders like the type of thing you see on youtube#but i hate all of that stuff and being reminded of it is a little annoying#it's like putting an ad on your post ''please reblog help me get attention!'' it's morally neutral but it's kind of annoying.#if that makes sense.#i still rb posts with ''rbs appreciated'' or w/e if i was intending to rb it anyway. if i like something enough it's only a rude#version of ''likes < rbs'' that will make me actively avoid the post.
