Today I’m 40 weeks pregnant + 2 days 🥴 Kaiden wanted to be a Pisces and he’s waiting for his perfect numerology and stars alignment to make his grand entrance to the world. The only bras that fit my expanded ribs right now are the @hara_thelabel bamboo braletts, they have saved my life 😩🤩 I’m wearing their bamboo panty & bra sets in these shots and bamboo material is now my favorite as it doesn’t irritate my skin and is non toxic. I have wanted to be a mother for a long time. Timing has been an issue, until it also became my enemy. Process of letting go even when things aren’t ideal is seemingly a life long journey. I have heard many times “timing is never perfect” to have kids. Makes sense. It may seem scary to new first time parents because you just don’t know what to expect and you have a whole life you are creating… that’s a huge responsibility. I had the perfect pregnancy and relationship goals in mind for bringing a child into the world… and they simply did not happen. I’ve been blessed to have the most perfect pregnancy healthwise for both me and my son, but emotionally it has been quite the opposite. My son has been thriving while I have had some intense emotional trauma. I don’t always speak on this on social media because most people simply don’t want to hear the bad stuff or don’t care. But I think it’s only fair for my social media family to know that nothing and no one is perfect. And it’s not right for us to compare ourselves to perfect standards, which social media has a tendency to do.
