Some of the best Yu-Gi-Oh card designs are given to ones that will never see play.
Like this, for example:
Tumblr media
It's a no effect Fusion Monster with specific materials, but it's also a dinosaur with a gun. Any arguments against this are invalid.

Made a new video. Not a YTP, but a revisiting of previous ones
youtube
This is something I want feedback on, in particular. Especially as it covers a joke that I rather regret.

Honestly, the CGI of this show rarely bothers me. And this isn't even a childhood nostalgia thing, I watched this show all the way through when I was 14 in the 2010's. It's fascinating how these things turn out.
Finally finished Beast Wars.

Another episode of "I can't tell these people in films apart."
Family movie night was Bullitt (1968). Pretty cool film with some tense action scenes, one of which felt like a jump scare could happen, despite not being a horror film at all. I could tell who the protagonist was all the time, which is a step in the right direction for me.
("spoilers" for this over 55 year old movie ahead)
What isn't, on the other hand, is that near the end of the film, I asked if the villain for the early part of the film just gets away with his crimes. My brother told me that villain had been dead for a while now. Especially bad is that a description of that villain is a plot-relevant detail.......

I had a horrible dream last night, where I was in a cool restaurant that sold noodles. The horrible part is that the place had this mobile oven thing that had an Oni's head on it, and when used, it would bellow out something along the lines of "WITH THESE FLAMES, YOU WILL BURN IN HELL!" in an extremely loud, demonic voice.
The building also had a long, circular hallway that probably qualified as non-euclidean geometry, and it ended with a circular room that had tables to eat on.
I haven't had a dream like this in a long time, it seems.

As a man myself, I somehow have trouble telling men apart from each other in live-action films.
It got particularly brutal when my dad put on Footloose (1984) for movie night. There was a scene where the most evil character in the film snaps and becomes scary, and yet I mistook him for the lovable protagonist for a bit.
One reason I like The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is because I can actually discern the three important characters. Same goes for animated films, often. And films with fantasy elements or at least one non-human also seem to be able to avoid this. Little Shop of Horrors (the 1986 version), for example, gave me no such confusion.
All this may be why I rarely come up with ideas for human characters. They are often either animals, Pokemon, fantasy creatures or aliens.

I had a dream where, among other things, there was a new "extended" version of Weird Al's "Albuquerque" and that is a shock by itself given how long the song already is. It was the same for the most part, but instead of ending the way it does, it keeps going further, but with slower, softer instrumentals. I don't remember the lyrics from it, but they were just as bizarre, if I remember right.

When dogs move their eyes and show their sclera, it's amazing. They look so goofy and adorable at the same time when it happens, and I love it.

Made another YTP, this time as a collab entry
youtube
As I said in the description, the development process for this was an experience. I genuinely thought I lost the YTP in the middle of development before finding the backup file, and that was upsetting.

I, as a kid, remember seeing that one episode of Phineas and Ferb where Doofenshmirtz stole the clowns in a restaurant so he could replace the jingle with his own evil jingle, but he couldn't figure out what it should be. He never did, but that didn't stop my young self from trying to make it up. I started off with no sense of rhyming or being catchy at all, before trying more attempts later, all while still sticking to the tune of the original jingle.
By the end, the result was: "Time to run because there's no more fun. You'll find evil with Doofenshmirtz the Weevil!"

Far too often, my dreams give me designs for Pokemon characters. Often, they are recolors, and they usually don't have names or any actual characterization, but it's still interesting.
Here are some of them:
-A gray-ish purple Sylveon named Frank, who had half of his face burned. He was supposedly a nice dude though, which is good since it goes against the trope that only villains have scarred faces.
-A yellow Umbreon with white rings. No name or anything, but it's cool since Umbreon is normally darkness-themed.
-A bipedal Leafeon who looked sad in the image my dream provided. I don't know why he was sad, he just was. No name though.
-A blue Lycanroc (or some other similar Pokemon) named Sage, who was a cannibal.....and a sympathetic character too, according to the dream.
-Two Milotic, a male one who is light-themed and angelic, and a female one who is darkness-themed and demonic, and both are good guys on the same team. Their names were Kieran and Celestia respectively, ironically in the second case.
There are far more than just these, but these are the ones that come to mind first. If I was better at drawing, I would try and make full designs for them.

Have you ever thought the plot of a movie was different from what it was actually like? Admittedly, this happened to me a lot because I didn't often look up movie plots, especially R-rated ones (or ones I thought were R-rated), but in hindsight, some of them were funny.
For one example, I thought Get Out was a movie about the protagonist having a bunch of villains break into his house, and the events are what happens in his quest to make them Get Out of his house. I also thought Pan's Labyrinth was about a bunch of victims getting trapped in a nightmarish labyrinth with the Pale Man being the main and only villain, hunting down the victims and picking them off one at a time.
The funniest one though, is that I thought 200 Motels was a horror movie with Frank Zappa as the main villain, forcing the protagonists to go through his 200 Motels full of horrors and death traps......

It's always weird when I search for well-known cartoons on the BBFC website, and they either have a small number of episodes (Courage the Cowardly Dog has only a set of three episodes listed) or none at all (Invader Zim isn't listed at all, though the Enter the Florpus movie is).
And yet, just searching random words on the site can find movies that are incredibly obscure, sometimes to the point that the internet won't provide any information on it........

Made my first YTP of the year. It's a bit aimless though
youtube
It was based on ideas I had when I was around 13, though that's not where all of it was from. I did make a joke involving Beast Wars Megatron though.

In my ongoing Nuzlocke run of Pokemon X, in the series of multi-battles in the Team Flare HQ, Serena, my teammate, almost resulted in a death.
I was using my Blastoise, Gerald, and he was being attacked by the enemy Team Flare mons, and then Serena made her Jolteon use Discharge, which hits all other mons on the field. If not for that mon being a couple of levels lower than me, Gerald would have died, and it wouldn't have even been my enemy inflicting it. Thankfully, it didn't happen.
