I really need to stop accepting what is functionally nine or more questions at once. Additionally, Omi is one of the characters who I don't talk about on this blog.

Conroy: Conroy is aroused by strong bodies and sharp minds most of all.
Gologa: Gologa is turned on by strong spirit and fierce determination more than any physical trait - as well as a strong willpower.
6: what are some more situational or contextual turn-ons?
Conroy: Someone intelligent reading naked is a very common situation turn-on for Conroy.
Gologa: A situation in which there is the need for silence, or at least quiet, but still otherwise privacy.

Conroy: I actually can't answer this one for Conroy - He doesn't care about attire in the slightest.
Gologa: Bare feet, bare chest, loose breeches, is a look that Gologa would always enjoy.

Alatyr: Alatyr is a big fan of a nice head of hair - and a nice smile. Both will really work him up.
Ban: Ban is a sailor with a long list of tastes, but two that stand out are tight clothes and a foul mouth.
W'lahka: Broad shoulders, a strong back - especially if relaxed underneath him.
6: what are some more situational or contextual turn-ons?
Alatyr: A situational turn-on for Alatyr would be having a nice long night of singing and carousing at an bar or tavern with someone on his lap - it's not just his favourite hobby, it also gets him really worked up.
Ban: Ban finds it a huge turn-on when someone is comfortable on his boat - he lives on a small boat that he docks during the day in Kugane, and someone immediately striding onto the deck without hesitation, immediately finding their footing, would turn him on. He openly describes this as a weird turn-on.
W'lahka: Removing someone's armour with his own hands - he enjoys doing it slowly and carefully in a dark, quiet place.

This one is actually a little tricky - Shio is generally pretty quick to try things she wishes to.
I suppose what she'd still like to try but hasn't had an opportunity to would be various kinds of using magic or other aetheric tools in bed. You can do all sorts of things with aether, and Shio would love to.
The reason she hasn't yet is because it hasn't occurred to her to bring them up to anybody who would be interested in them.

3: what are some features of others that attract them from the outset?
Shio: In a broad sense, self-assuredness. Someone who knows who they are and is unconcerned what others may think.
Kin: She wants the new. Physical traits are kind of irrelevant to her; as an illusionist and shapeshifter, no physical trait is really of appeal to her, but she wants someone with a quick mind who can show her things she's not previously experienced.
Kira: As much as it is a cliche, Kira is attracted to confidence. Someone who is unafraid of the things that others may flinch away - like, for example, an eight-fulm-tall half-oni who is very serious and largely immune to magic. She wants someone who will look at her without fear.
4: what are some features of others that arouse them, or they find arousing in a sexual situation?
Shio: She enjoys someone who is larger than her. Someone who takes the lead. And slightly more crassly, she enjoys a nice chest. (Not necessarily tits, although those are always nice.)
Kin: This one is kind of hard to answer; any feature she was unfamiliar with, is the short answer - if she's seen it enough to be familiar with it, her enjoyment will sharply decline.
Kira: She likes people who are small - not short, necessarily, but less... Bulky than her. Lithe bodies, svelte curves, lean muscle - exactly what doesn't matter, but she herself is huge, and broad, and big, and she wants to see the opposite in a sexual situation.
5: what are their most common turn-ons?
Shio: She enjoys someone taller than her. She is also turned on by watching people eat. Also, watching people swimming.
Kin: If you can surprise her, or if you can outwit her with the games of words and double-meanings she likes to play, you will turn her on.
Kira: Intelligence, or someone playing with her horns.
