About Rakkor; I
There are a number of Rakkor villages, which differentiate themselves by colours: red, blue, green, orange... They wear this colour in their capes, clothes and sometimes even the crests of their helmets. Oftentimes adults decide to transfer to a different village and leave their birthplace behind. They always stay above the "red line", a band of reddish, dried out old trees at a specific elevation of Targon. Their warriors cross the border and go below only during conflict with enemy tribes.
Most Rakkor have one, or a pair of Relic Weapons - weapons of their ancestors imbued with magic, which let them match opponents who are using sorcery. It is unheard of that a Rakkor is magically gifted. Each teen picks from the available Relic Weapons which one they want to use after (and if) they pass their Rite of Kor, a couple of weeks before that rite of passage. Once a Rakkor dies, the Relic Weapon they used is returned to the pool of available ones. Enemy tribes look to steal these weapons whenever they can, which is still a rare occurrence; both to use them, and to study them to try and find a way around them with magic.
Rakkor do not use bow and arrows; but their high religious class, the solari, do have archers in their guard. The most common weapons are a large aspis shield and a spear, gladius and xiphos swords, small buckler shields, hooked axes and short spears.

Something that keeps repeating everywhere in talks about New League lore, is that people describe new lore Leona as "overly zealous but kind". That's an oxymoron guys, zealotry instantly makes someone unable to be kind. New lore just writes her as a zealot with no personality.
Old lore - the one this comic is based on - made it clear that Leona was not zealous at all. In fact, she went against tradition and authority. It didn't say anything about how she adapted to the life among solari. It should be obvious that it was quite possible that she was a troublemaker there as well.

Multiple languages in a single comic
~
Targon was originally based on ancient Greek "vibes" by Riot back in the day, and it seems a lot of it stayed if we look at some of the new lore illustrations.
I continue this by having Rakkor be inspired by some aspects from ancient Greece, but not all. Their language, Rakkoran, is represented by Greek. All of them actually speak only Rakkoran, but for the sake of reaching a wider audience, the comic is by default in English. In-Universe, English stands for Common, but Rakkorans don't speak it. This post hopefully provides good enough explanation for readers to untangle the mess in the head.
Readers who understand Greek get the full experience! Readers who don't, it's still alright because it will be used in moments where the main characters barely hear the faraway dialogue or don't understand it, so the experience is similar to how in a movie you hear simple clamour and noise in some scenes. And of course, if anyone notices me making any language mistake, feel free to tell me so I can correct them!
In this scene, Leona hears the Rakkor warriors say something, most likely about her, but she doesn't quite hear what. She nervously tries to get away from there as fast as possible.

This claim is false. Leona and Diana were never portrayed as "almost sisterly". They simply didn't know each other in old lore. Diana is the one who was always intended to be, designed as, a lesbian. This aspect of her was not explicitly written in her original lore because Rito management. Her story is about being ostracized by the group she was born in.

Leona had no orientation in old lore. She was childhood friends with Pantheon.
~
Fast-forward to new lore, where a tumble and jumble made Diana and Leona almost sort of switch personalities and introduce aliens and... And this is a snip of the official Riot image for the Pride event. See what colours Leona's pengu holds:
