Day
(i ate all that food pretty spaced out so i dont feel TERRIBLE for my first day, and it is technically my last day until i start my diet so i can reach my deadline, its my LAST day so i just kinda gave in a bit, but i didnt binge so thats a win)
1 litre of water
1 Gatorade 150 cals
Curry goat and basmati rice (idk how many cals)
1 scoop cotton candy, and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles
1 ham and cheese sub sandwich w curly fries
Workout:
Ballet Beautiful 60 mins
(i didnt sleep much last night so i may not workout, i dont like feeling fatigued)

How soon can you see it? How long until you notice a change?
7 days. That's it, one (1) week, and you will start to notice little changes. Your jaw will be slimmer, your clothes will fit a little looser, you hands will slim, your cankles will be smaller, your shoes will be bigger, getting into the car will be easier.
While all of these changes will be very subtle at 7 days, they will be noticeable to you.
It gets easier. You just have to be consistent.
