Their little scuffle over the mask is the funniest thing I’ve ever seen, but strangely wholesome? Yes it’s pathetic, but also cute! Corey has so much energy from them feeding off eachother, he’s gotten to be too much of a handful. Meanwhile Michael just wants to be left the hell alone.

i moved into my brother's old room a few months ago and once in a while I'll look at a drawing he did when he was in like maybe high school?

i'll be like yeah. he's the instigator here.

#reason number 1 why I prefer hal jordan gl #also my brother got me into batman #the specific story is that when I was younger my brother would watch the batman all the time #and I would watch it with him bc I would be in the same room when he did #and that basically just started my journey #I watched the full teen titans series (the better one not teen titans go) and fell in love with it #but only like last year? around october/november I remembered how my brother watched that show and how I enjoyed watching it as well #so then I watched that show and I liked it #and I also started reading batman fanfiction on ao3 #it started off more justice league kinda but yeah batman #I learned about all the different batfamily members and I was like “huh this is cool”#I learned all the lore off of fanfiction lmao #and I watched more animated dc movies #(I still stand by the fact that animated ones are honestly better than live action)#it's only worsened since then #so here's to a lil more than a year of batman-based obsession #and thank you to my brother for getting me in the right place to become ill 🙏

#star wars #kenobi series #we got that. we truly got genuinely authentic true-to-the-heart-of-the-franchise star wars media #with my BOY obi-wan!! and anakin!!! and ewan and hayden!! and we got to see obi-wan have a relationship with leia (!!!!!!)#and we got to see him heal!!!#i just...i just can't believe it like we are living in the era of the final big chapter of their story #we're still freaking out about rots from 2005 sure but we also have something new that is made for *us*#we are this star wars generation and we got to be here for the last chapter of the entire 6-movie saga. it was made for us #i'm losing it #little 11-year-old me who journaled as a made-up star wars character...little 9-year-old me who wrote her first fanfic about star wars #little 13-year-old me who never forgot about how the clone wars series never got an ending and wished that it could have (and it did)#little me who watched the original trilogy on vhs and fell in love with it. who freaked out when vader said 'i am your father'#little me who made up a parody song about star wars and still remembers it to this day (it's called 'yoda was a puppet')#(it started as a rip-off of the veggietales song 'jonah was a prophet' and evolved from there lol)#little me who was OBSESSED with obi-wan and always related to him but thought i'd never get to see any more of him #and now my dream's come true #and i just feel a lot of things about it #all those younger versions of me got what they wanted. i got to witness something worthy of being that final chapter as it happened #i've never been happier to be a star wars fan #obi wan kenobi #kay has a party in the tags #kay can i just catch my breath for a second

my musical,knowledge is limited to soundtracks and some movies but i will say the only musical i have seen live in a theatre was my high school performing little shop of horrors and it was so so fun and awesome. i have always wanted to draw little character designs based on those performers.

backrooms imo is such a nice introduction to horror for kids. its interesting and scary but in a childish way

#the backrooms #im listening to an explanation about every level #reminds me of scp but for babies #id say backrooms are for kids and scp is for teens/adults #its so nice i would be obsessed with this thing as a kid #it has lore and entities and is gamefied enough for kids to understand #im so happy its popular with kids #we didnt have a proper horror medium for younger audiences in my age #so we had to make do with adult horror movies which were honestly too much #thats why i was convinced i hated horror as a kid #cause i didnt have anything appropriate for my young impressionable mind to consume #people whining about the backrooms not being scary or whatever can go to scp #they share similar concepts and language #and it feels like the backrooms lore was inspired by scp

I asked my coworker to rank star wars, lord of the rings, and harry potter in the order that he was most interested in watching them, because he’s never seen any of them. 😨 (he fell asleep during the hp movies he watched with his kids...)

his rankings were, from most interested to least:

hp, star wars, lotr

I told him the ranking of quality only, imo is:

lotr, star wars, hp

BUT if I were to rank them in most entertaining (to watch) overall, it would be:

star wars, lotr, hp

#this is very much based on me Now rather than me at the height of my HP obsession #I never read much fic for lotr but it's probably the series I rewatch the most #but I also rewatched the bejesus out of empire and rotj when I was younger... and rogue one is a new classic #I love hp but beyond the 3rd movie I start to lose interest #and after the 5th book too. once she killed serious I was over it lol #the funniest thing about HP is that my coworker knew snape! he really loved snape 😂
