D3 rewrite (xreader) spoiler - Night falls plan

don't read if you don't want to be spoiled but this is my first draft to my night falls scene for Rewrite - poyw (ps i rewrote some of the lyrics/switched around who sang them so it could make sense with the planned fic)

uh...possibly @disneyfan50 if you could look at this? if you don't see this till tomorrow is fine i always post so late XD but if anyone else wants to look at this and give it a review go for it

*DRAFT*

-Night Falls lyrics rewrite-

:the vks try to back out of the room as the knights, Harry and Gil stalk towards them, weapons ready to strike:

Watch your back, watch your back

We can counter their attack

Hit 'em 'til the armor cracks

:Uma stands on the middle pedestal, calling for action and reader retrieves a sword for her and takes another for herself as she paces in time with Harry's bewitched self, Gil on the other side.:

This could get a little sticky

How to win this battle could be tricky

But I know the best way

Fall back let me lead, you hold the line

And we'll bring them to their knees

:Mal steps up next to Uma and Jay tosses her a sword, Mal catches it and holds it tightly:

Swords in the air if you're with me

They got us outnumbered one to fifty

But victory is ours cause I got a strategy, you take the boys and ill take the right.

:Uma seems to take this as Mal shoving her to be alone and taking the rest by herself with the others, and grabs Mals shoulder:

Uh-uh

This is my crew

Oh my god!

:Evie and reader step between them, pushing them apart and glaring at them to get a grip:

Evie: Look guys we got bigger fish to fry/Reader:put your differences aside/ both: because right now we're on the same side.

:the battle begins as Mal and Uma begin to fight side by side, Uma and Reader attempting to get closer to Harry and Gil as the bewitched boys fight Jay and Hadie:

We can counter their attack

Hit 'em 'til the armor cracks

Until the night falls, we're aligned

It doesn't mean that we're on the same side

: Harry grabs Uma by the collar and tosses her away from the main fight with all the nights, Gil grabbing reader and tossing her away from the fight as well but away from Uma:

Watch your back, watch your back

Hit 'em hard and hit 'em fast

They're too heavy to react

Reader; This situation's getting kinda heavy

:reader starts to fight with Gil, thought she keeps easy pace with him as hes always shown full skill with her and she throws him over her shoulder easily and runs towards Uma to help her with Harry as Harry is not holding back:

Reader;Hold your weapons tight keep 'em steady

'Cause if we stick together we can make it out alive

I'll cause a distraction, you attack them from the side

: Harry fights with reader and Harry, Gil recovering from his mini fight with reader and coming to back up Harry, the two girls fighting against the boys as Harry pushes them back:

Uma; All my soldiers stand at the ready

We can take em down like its nothin’

We'll hit 'em from the front, you counter from behind

Don't forget the fate of our boys on the line

This is all out war, they got us outnumbered

: Gil and Harry hit Uma and Reader back towards the middle pedestal, Hadie catching reader while Mal catches Uma:

The way the swords clash is the sound of the thunder

Mal; And we are not going under reader; we will never run for cover

all; We battle for the victory and ride for each other

Evie:Until the night falls everyone

All:We'll stay together 'til the battle is done

:Uma and Reader rush towards the boys, Reader using her advantage of knowing how Harry fights to get him on his back, ripping off the necklace that controls him once she sees it, freeing Harry from Audrey's control:

Back to back, back to back

We can counter their attack

Hit 'em 'til the armor cracks

:Harry and reader help Uma defeat Gil, ripping off the same type of necklace that was controlling him:

Until the night falls, we're aligned

It doesn't mean that we're on the same side

Back to back, back to back

Hit 'em hard and hit 'em fast

They're too heavy to react

:the knights begin to surround the vks, pink smoke starting to fill the room as they created a thick metal barrier around the vks:

:Uma and Mal glance at each other then nod, Umas shell glowing as Mal's eyes turned a vibrant yellowish-green and her Hair glowed at the tips ‘suits of armor/strong and true/ slow their joints/ till we bust a move!’: (spell slows the knights to almost a stop, aka they are moving so slow that the human eye cant see it, to allow the vks to get the tides back on their side)

-instrumental-

:as the spell takes effect, a teal and light purple-blue shimmering smoke overtake the knights, slowing them to almost a stop as the vks move around them and slice off their helmets, making the suits crash to the floor:

Evie;Until the night falls, you can trust

Mal, Reader, Uma, Evie; I'm gonna help you win this battle because

all; I got your back, got your back

Got your back, got your back

All for one and that's a fact

Nights fall pitch black

: As the song ends, the rest of the knights that hadn't been defeated crash to the floor as Audrey's magic overheats from Mal and Uma's combined magic:

Notes

At some point within night falls, Mal defends Hadie by slamming her elbow into a knight and accidentally sends it through a wall, this is meant to be a slight comedic relief in a moment of faced paced danger “Mal: Well…that’s new” Hadie looks at her, looks at the wall, then back at her and nods slowly “Mal: is-is that a god thing?” Hadie shrugs “Mal: alrighty then”

Mal at this point of the story doesn’t see Uma as she used too/does in the canon story, she's gotten over herself and now knows Uma is/was doin the wrong things for the right reasons (freeing the kids of the isle) and when she tells Uma to take the boys (Harry and Gil. who are bewitched by Audrey to fight Uma and Reader so they get separated from the group and make it easier to defeat the vks as a whole) but she didn’t mean it alone she meant with those who were also facing the boys (jay, Hadie, Reader) Uma, who still thinks Mal has it out for her, objects to this.

By the end of the fight the vks have cuts from getting nicked, and Evie is nursing her calf from when she got sliced.
