Do you know of any other of the characters have younger siblings aside from those in other units? I was thinking they mostly seem to be younger or only children, but I could have sworn Airi is the middle child

Airi is a middle child of three girls, and Minori and Honami have younger brothers in elementary school.

If anyone’s interested in older siblings, Mizuki has an unnamed older sister, who has a Live2D (in And Now, the Ribbon is Tied flashbacks) and is currently studying abroad. Toya has two older brothers, one who is already a professional musician and one who is studying at a conservatoire in New York. And everyone knows Emu has 3 older siblings, Keisuke, Shousuke and Hinata.

Not an MC, but Kotaro has a brother who is probably around 3 years old, and obviously Nagi and Taiga are siblings, Nagi being the younger one. There's also the Yoshizaki siblings from Live with memories, with Youta being the older one and Hanano being the younger one.
