Bedivere's vampireblood I had some inspiration for my boy It took me quite long to have an idea if or if he hadn't owned much vampire blood, but finally he has. But he dislikes using this power long story

>We haven't seen him,hehe< >Yes, he's probably doing some (demon)stuff, hihi< N>Stop lying and tell me the truth, where is he?< Rose>They cought him in the cave back there< N>What?.. you three, we will have a talk later!< When Nanashi rushed to the cave an horrible aura was felt Without a second to think Bedivere rushed to him, consumed by his demonself.Instead of attacking Nanashi let him be. Bedivere bit his arm, scratched him while crying in panic. Then his blood started to rush. This scent, this taste. A part in him that slept till this moment, awoke Giant thorns came out of his demon cloak and attacked Nanashi who tried to heal himself but it wouldn't work. >>Could it be?<< he felt the other sucking his blood more and more. >>I can think about this later,.. now wake up Bedivere, calm down, come on it's me!<<

But first when Rose,who followed them, talked to him he started to stop. His eyes still red the boy looked at his hands.

>a small demon like him should never have such power, but if his blood belongs to a vampire then this must be a part of his magic. As soon as he sucks someone's blood, he attacks the enemy with something that stops or slowers the self-healing of a body.

this are Bedivere's adoptive parents. Both love their little angel. Sadly they can't get own children.

Under tears Bedivere told what had happened. It wouldn't be so bad but his fear of the dark let it become to much to handle for him.

It seems Bedivere's blood is mixed with a special kind of demon who sucks blood. Thanks to the other blood he isn't in need to drink it. But I would take him with me for a special training so he can control this power in future.<< Together they went back to the boy who was afraid what would now happen to him but his mother just pulled im into a hug stroking his head gently.

Together they left Camelot, Nanashi was sure about the true parents of Bedivere after all and wouldn't have someone else letting it know. He take a look on his student. I wont let you become a pawn in Arthur's game. Become a Knight of Camelot everyone looks up to, till the country is free from chaos again.

In Britania they tried to get him into the vampire mode. First it was difficult..

MAIN STORY : CHAPTER 3 PART 13

After our chance encounter with Testament, I was at the inn being examined by Kai. KAI : Hmm… There doesn't seem to be anything wrong. EMMA : Thanks, Kai. It's a relief to hear you say that. KAI : You still should be careful, okay? It looks like that fight took a lot outta you. EMMA : Yeah, okay…

KAI : First we learn about the secret organization "The Butterfly", then suddenly the leader shows up. It was reckless to chase 'em down. EMMA : Yeah…Nanashi showed up too… But he left without doing anything…

KAI : That guy from Sorciana? Ugh. What's his problem? SION : Just thinking about his face pisses me off. Letting out a sigh, I reached for the spot on my forehead where Testament's lips had touched it, and furrowed my brow. EMMA : (When he kissed me It felt like my head was cracking open…And I swear I saw something…I can't remember it clearly anymore, but…) ITSUKI : I'm sorry. I should have been there to help. NOAH : ……….. EMMA : Oh, no! I'm glad you guys are okay. Please don't beat yourselves up for this. CROW : Yeah, it's our fault any of this happened.

Apparently, Itsuki and Noah had been attacked by someone in the warehouse. The mystery person knocked them out with gas. When they woke up, they were in the middle of the forest. After heading back to the warehouse, the guns and black powder had already been removed. GRANDFLAIR : Do you think it was The Butterfly or the Bloody Lady? NOAH : I dunno who it was…We didn't see them. All we found in the warehouse was this.

EMMA : Is this…A handkerchief? It's decorated with a beautiful floral pattern. CROW : I don't recognize it. EMMA : …….. GRANDFLAIR : This is…!! CROW : Gran? You got any idea who it belongs to? GRANDFLAIR : N-No. I just thought I recognized the pattern on it. What about Navi and the others? Are they okay? EMMA : They're resting in the key. They all feel really shaken up. CROW : What the hell did that asshole do to Evan and the others? SION : I'm not sure. I think he interfered with them using some kind of magical tool, like Nanashi did back in Sorciana.

EMMA : So, you're telling me there is more to this than just the guns and black powder…? CROW : Do you guys have any idea what it might be? YMIR : Hmm? I don't know. I was told that it was a tool to be used on the anniversary of the boss' death. EMMA : I have a bad feeling that if we don't do something quickly, a lot of black fairies are going to be released on the anniversary. If that happens, it will be a nightmare. CROW : We have less than a week to go until the anniversary. We gotta find this Mam lady and stop her!

SION : But how do we find her? She's watching our every move. And on top of that, The Butterfly has shown up. Even if we go in by force, we will be outnumbered and slaughtered one by one. Everyone went silent. Shocked by Sion's blunt words.

ROUGE : Hey everyone~ I've returned! How are you guys feeling? EMMA : Rouge! KAI : What's that in your hand? ROUGE : Hmm~? This? Sake of course. KAI : I'll be taking that. ROUGE : Ah! Not my drink~!! KAI : Damn it. You went and got yourself injured too. I said no more drinking! ROUGE : But liquor is the best medicine!

EMMA : Rouge, we need you to have a clear head right now. No more drinking. ROUGE : Oh my, even you are on my case, Emma? Fine~ No more drinking. I'm sorry again that I let the Dark Night Duo get away. EMMA : It's okay, Rouge. I'm just glad you are safe. While we were dealing with Testament and Nanashi, Rouge was attempting to restrain the Dark Night Duo in a hole he had dug. Apparently, Nanashi ambushed Rouge and rescued the two of them. ROUGE : I tried my best, but he was way too strong… NOAH : I'm not surprised. I never have any expectations of you. ROUGE : Haha~ I appreciate it. GRANDFLAIR : Rouge…. ROUGE : Hmm? What is it, Gran? Are you still mad at me? GRANDFLAIR : No… Why are you here? ROUGE : Oh, right! I came to tell you guys something important. Victor says Camus wants to see you. EMMA : What!? ROUGE : C'mon. It can't hurt to talk to him right? EMMA : ………..

NOAH : I disagree. Rouge is definitely gonna get us in trouble again. CROW : Well, I'm going. I wanna hear what he has to say. And maybe I can figure out how to find Mam. ITSUKI : I'm going too. KAI : No! You all need to stay here and rest until you feel better. ROUGE & NOAH & ITSUKI : ….!!! KAI : Now lay down and get some sleep. I'm going back to check on the black powder patients. Don't you dare sneak out or drink while I'm gone. If you do, I'll never forgive you, okay?

SION : I don't think you're in the position to tell us to rest up. KAI : What was that, Sion? SION : I can see it written all over your face, you single-minded idiot. You're the one who hasn't slept at all this whole time. KAI : I can't sleep. It's up to me to find a cure. SION : Well, then rely on me a little. I can help, too. KAI : You wanna help, Sion? I never thought I'd see the day! Haha! Thanks, man. CROW : Okay, you guys take care of things here. We're gonna go talk to Camus. EMMA : I wonder what Camus wants to talk about…? GRANDFLAIR : ……..

Day 2 of my Christmas Special.

Your son was helping you as the table was being set. Sennett soon called you over to help with the food as you did. You walked back into the dinning room as your son sat in his chair. Sennett sat down to and before you can sit down you hear a knock at the door as you got up. You opened the door to see Dana as Sennett got up and went to go hug her father. He soon came over as you both greeted each other. You helped S/n with his plate as you Sennett went around the table filling up every ones cup. “So Dana is the work place busy” “No not really to my shock, and you” “No ever sense the holy war was over it grew a bit quite not that i don’t mind”. Sennett smiled as you and her father talked, you son soon butted in talking about how he researching about medicines.

After eating you all went to the tree as you all opened you gift. You soon gave out your gifts, Dana opened his to see a new warm coat, Sennett shall a new outfit for her as her face grew happy. Your soon opened his to see goggles, he soon gave you a hug as he been mentioning this to his mother. After everything you walked Dana back to his place, as you both bid goodnight. You soon came back home as you looked for Sennett only to go into you and Sennett shared room only to see the both of them sleeping on the bed. You soon crawled in pulling them both close to you. Giving them both kiss goodnight

As you were finishing cooking you daughter walked in saying the table was ready as you asked is she wanted to help. She nodded her head as you gave her not to heavy plates of food. The both of you walked to the table seeing Simon finishing up filling up the cups. You all sat down as you all started to eat, “D/n how is training with Edlin going?” “Fine dad” “Oh Y/n Slader is coming tomorrow to drop off gifts” “Oh okay, but how is he doing” “Fine just the other day as you were out on that trip me and Slader helped D/n with her stance” “Yeah we fought a snowman”. You giggled as D/n told you how she thought the snowman was an evil knight.

After eating, as Simon went to put the plates in the sink you and D/n rushed to the tree. “Y/n i thought you were a strong holy knight not a child” “Says the one shorter than me” “Hey!”. D/n opened her gift from you to see a new wooden sword, Simon opened his to see you got him a new Kabuto. They both hugged and you smiled. You both placed D/n in her bed as you both said goodnight as when you closed the door you bridal carried Simon to your shared room. You rested Simon on your chest as you rubbed his shoulder giving kisses to the top of his head.

You were just about done with the table your daughter walked in with plates of food as you rushed to her helping her with the food. Soon Nanashi came in with the rest as you helped D/n with serving her own plate as she filled up her own cup. “So Nanashi found any new fighting skills for battle” “No not yet but i have been sparing with Arthur” “Oh and D/n i shall the snowman you made outside it’s awesome maybe we can all make one together”. You cheered as D/n looked away blushing as she nodded. Nanashi told you both on how you were all invited for Arthur’s own dinner tomorrow along with Merlin and Orlondi.

As you were done cleaning off the plates you went to the tree as you all started opening your gifts. When the two got to yours D/n shall you got her a nice scarf and jacket with a hoodie, Nanashi shall you got him a new kimono. They both gave you warm smiles as you picked up D/n and taking her to her room, after opening up all the gifts. You kissed her goodnight as you went to your shared room seeing Nanashi in bed already as you went in next to him hugging him from behind. Feeling your actions he turned around pulling you close to his chest. “Merry Christmas my love”.

Orlondi was helping S/n with the table as you walked with the food as they both sat at their chairs. You filled up their cups as Orlondi and you were talking about how Merlin found a way to get Orlondi back in his normal form. “So S/n how is your training going” “Well it’s going well just i can’t really fly straight”, you son said blushing looking away from the both of you. “Don’t worry dear your still young you have plenty of years to learn” “Thank you” “Oh Y/n Arthur invited us to his own dinner Nanashi and Merlin will be there too” “Well it would be nice to catch up, wouldn’t it”.

After eating Orlondi and S/n went straight to the tree as you called them back to the table and help clean up. When it came to your gifts you got your son opened his to see a a emerald brooch, When Orlondi opened his he found a choker with an emerald in the center. You both said goodnight as you both walked hand in hand to your shared bedroom. Orlondi rested on your chets as you pet his hair soon drifting to sleep.

honestly if ur gonna do a “kanae has a bad time bc wa kun” thing nows the time to do it, not 6 eps ago

but honestly this whole shithole of a fanbase (at least on here) is so unsympathetic to her if its not for ship reasons

anyways im doing it even if im alone in it, everyone goes to otowakan (like in that crossover cept now virelai and friends are there too) chihaya guda and erlend are back obvs and this time hans was brought w erlend and probably the other lil bros too. gosh thisll probably be even harder for kanae to see now ;n; virelai crew is there so virelai can see his waifu, and anda’s chaperoning them (w leith too probably). guda and nanashi are there, either ritsus are there and freaking out or they had to stay behind and are aggressively skyping guda. mashu is back too bc kouhai friendship. chihaya simultaneously takes his fatefam and the eiyuu crew. i hope if himi is fretting about her chest motes is like “but all oppai are good oppai!” and starts doing a little dance, unlikely friendship number ive lost track. misaki goes to visit cho again and brings some snacks, okki goes w guda and upon hearing theres a hikki in this house nyooms upstairs. idk i guess isshie goes there too to check on kanae and picks like the best time to do so. its like the followup fic to that one last year.

i can imagine misaki meets kanae and is probably, next to isshie, the best person to talk it out w. shes really chill and approachable and i can imagine her stepping up when andantine and the others get too nervous to say anything. misaki is the hero we deserve. isshie is rlly professional and waits outside to be invited in, but possibly the loids or someone drags her in

the aniki trio do their bests, but probably unintentionally make kanae cry. i can imagine if she talks to the westergards about it hans gives a guilty look to the side bc he wonders if this is how erlend feels. meanwhile erlend just kinda does something nice to comfort kanae, he doesnt really say anything but has a kinda “you can get through this” look and stuff.

the cloneposers also are back and wagner sighs when he hears about wa kun. “why is the me in this place such a hecking jerk” and everyones like sideyes him like “boiiiiii” he probably goes off angrily to give wa kun a talking to, mostly bc hes mad that people insulted another version of himself. meanwhile dj bach is looking for his counterpart and accidentally meets schuu who is super shooketh by the whole hip hop aesthetic, dj bach is totally encouraging to him, maybe sousukes there too and is like “yeah! schuu was so cool as a rapper! listen to this remix i did of avocado arigato” and dj bach is super supportive and both of them have a good time spending time w him. dj bach settles for writing a letter to his other self about how he had a good time that day.

also since kaede is in the first one maybe either kaedeloid or a ghost version of kaede visits in this one to cheer up kanae. idk.

id like it if kanae and anda end up sharing their troubles indirectly to each other at some point, and end up saying some kind and encouraging words to each other too. virelai and anacrusis and leith and whoever else are like “you go anda” in the background. when/if virelai meets schuu the others have to fking push him up bc hes so nervous and he stammers out like “y-youre really cool! i- i love you!....r music” and anacrusis is like “yeah! he likes when u show ur abs!” and virelai steps on his foot

hans is super tsun about beet and the whole time is caught staring at him by erlend. “that beethoven-san sure is handsome isnt he?” hans blushing “no! well.... he’s not not handsome..... kinda....” tsun tsun dere tsun

Our First Real Mission! On To The Land of Wind!

This chapter is the start of an original story arc, which will continue up until the beginning of the Chunin Exams

Teams Seven and Nine stood in front of the Hokage, waiting to be assigned their next missions. They had just finished catching Tora the cat for Madam Shijimi. Again.

“Ooohh! My poor little Tora, Mommy was so worried about her naughty little fuzzykins, yeeees~!” Nanashi winced as the woman forcefully cuddled the poor thing.

Naruto laughed loudly, “Stupid cat! That kitty deserves to be squashed!”

“No wonder he ran away…” Sakura muttered.

They all turned their attention to the Hokage as he began to speak, “Now then. For Squads Seven and Nine’s next missions we have several available tasks. Ah… Among them, babysitting the Chief Counselor's three year old, helping his wife to do the shopping, digging up potatoes, and---”

“Nooooooo!” Naruto cut him off, “I wanna go on a real mission!”

Nanashi immediately jumped in next to him, “Yeah! I do too!” The two Sensei shared a tired look, but didn’t say anything.

“Something challenging and exciting, not this little kid stuff! C’mon, old man!”

Iruka stood up, slamming his hands on the table, “How dare you?! You’re just a brand new Genin with no experience! Like everyone else you start with simple missions to develop skills and prove yourself!”

Naruto puffed up angrily, “Are you serious?! Babysitting is not a mission, it’s just a stupid---” He was cut off by Kakashi punching him on top of the head, knocking him to the floor.

“Will you put a lid on it?”

The Hokage finally spoke up again, “Naruto!” Naruto started whining, rubbing his head, “It seems you do not understand the tasks you have been given!” That caught the boy’s attention, “Listen. Many different requests come into our village every day, from babysitting to assassinations.” He continued to explain, but soon the boy lost interest, turning to talk to the others.

“--So I had this tonkatsu ramen yesterday, and I’m thinking miso ramen today--”

“Silence!”

They all turned their attention to the Hokage. “Oh. Sorry,” Kakashi said simply.

Naruto started yelling again, “You always lecture me like you’re my grandfather or something! But I’m not the little brat who used to pull pranks all the time! I’m a ninja now, and I want a ninja mission!” He spun around, still seated on the floor, “Hmph!”

Reiko raised her hand, “Lord Third, I gotta say, I agree! We want something more challenging!” Emiko just nodded in agreement.

Kakashi shared another look with Koukatsu, rubbing the back of his head, “We’re going to hear about this later…” The other man sighed, shaking his head in despair at the kids.

The Hokage began to laugh, “Naruto wants us to know that he’s not a brat. He’s a former brat.” Nanashi nodded once in agreement, “ And he wants a mission. So be it.” The Genin all perked up in surprise as he continued, “Since you are so determined, I’m going to give you C-Ranked missions. Squad Seven, you will be bodyguards on a journey.”

Naruto whipped back around, “Really?! Yes! Who?! Who?! Are we guarding a princess?! Or some bigwig counselor?”

“Don’t be so impatient. I will bring him in now.” He turned his attention to the door, “Send in our visitor!”

The door slid open and an old man walked in, “What the..? A bunch of little snot-nosed kids?!” He paused to guzzle down the bottle of alcohol in his hand, “And you, the little one with the idiotic look on your face! You really expect me to believe that you’re a Ninja?”

Naruto laughed, looking around, “Who’s the little one with the idiotic look on his fa--” He stopped laughing as Sasuke and Sakura stepped closer, measuring their height, “Huh..?”

“That’d be you, buddy,” Nanashi chimed, trying to hold back her laughter. Reiko wasn’t even bothering trying to hide her own.

Kakashi quickly grabbed the blond by the collar of his jacket as he tried to attack the man, “I’ll demolish you! Let me get---”

“You can’t demolish the client, Naruto, it doesn’t work that way.”

Once Team Seven had left on their mission to the Land of Waves, Team Nine directed their attention back to the Hokage. He cleared his throat before addressing them, “I had already intended to send someone to the Land of Wind to speak to Lord Kazekage about the arrangements for his ninja to participate in the upcoming Chunin Exams. Therefore, I want the four of you to go to the Village Hidden in the Sand.”

Koukatsu took a step forward, “Understood. His children are competing, aren’t they? They’ll need a place to stay while they’re here.”

The Hokage nodded in agreement, “That is something you can arrange with them while you are there.”

Nanashi started bouncing excitedly next to her father, “A real mission! I can’t wait!” She bounded toward the door, Reiko and Emiko following right behind her, “We can leave right away!”

Koukatsu hurried after them, “Wait a second, hold on, we have to get packed first.” Nanashi just waved her hand in dismissal, “You really expect to survive out in the desert without any supplies? You don’t even have anything to eat on the way, you know!”

Nanashi froze mid-step, “N-No food?”

“Not a crumb.”

“W-Well, then, I think we should start packing right away…” Koukatsu hummed in amusement, “and then we can get on the road!”

“Thaaaat’s more like it, Kid.”

As soon as they had finished packing, Team Nine was on the way to the Village Hidden in the Sand. Three days later, they were trekking their way through the desert. After several hours of walking in the blazing heat, Nanashi gave up. “Daddyyyy, carry meeee!”

“Nanashi, you’re a ninja now. You have to be able to make these trips yourself.” Koukatsu sighed, pushing some hair out of his face, “Besides. If no one can carry me, everyone has to walk.”

“Dad?”

“...Yes, Nanashi?”

“How much longer?”

He paused for a moment to shift Nanashi into a better hold on his back, “Shouldn’t be too far now.”

“Are we almost there, Sensei?”

“Yeah, just a bit more.” He had to stop again before he lost grip, one twin settled on his back and the other being carried Koala-style.

“We made it!” Nanashi panted heavily, holding Koukatsu up under his arms. Each twin was supporting one leg.

As they got to the entrance of the village, Nanashi unceremoniously dropped her father in the sand, the other two following suit. Koukatsu groaned in pain, sitting up slowly. “We should find where we’re staying before we go to the Kazekage and get cleaned up…”

Sasuke and Sakura: Friend or Foe?

Nanashi sat on top of Sasuke’s desk, sighing impatiently as she waited for Iruka-Sensei to assign the new Genin their teams. Just as the two had started a staring contest, yelling could be heard down the hallway. The ground shook slightly as whoever was coming started running faster and faster. Nanashi and Sasuke’s eyes widened, and Nanashi wordlessly slid over to put her feet on the empty chair beside his.

Just as her feet touched the chair, Sakura and Ino burst into the room, exclaiming, “I’m first!”

She tuned them out as they started bickering, only to be brought back when Naruto suddenly was sent flying from the chair on the other side of her. She looked up to see Sakura standing beside her, hands clasped at her chest, “G-Good morning, Sasuke!” Sasuke barely spared her a glance, but she still continued, “Mind if I sit next to you?”

Nanashi pouted, “What, am I invisible?”

Ino barged over suddenly, “Back off, Forehead! I’m sitting next to Sasuke!”

‘Taking that as a yes, then…’

“I was here first!” Nanashi coughed once.

“I walked into the classroom before you did! Everybody saw it!”

“Dream on!”

Another girl approached them, causing more to start piling up behind them, “Actually! I was here before either of you!”

Nanashi sighed, turning to Sasuke, “Well… I tried. I’m getting away from this before it goes bad.” She quickly moved to sit far enough away that she couldn’t be caught in the crossfire, but close enough to still watch the chaos.

A growl suddenly came from Naruto, and before Nanashi could even blink, the blond was squatting on the desk in front of Sasuke. Sasuke’s fangirls started yelling at Naruto as the two boys glared heatedly at each other.

Suddenly, the guy in front of Naruto leaned back, bumping into the orange-clad ninja. Nanashi pressed the back of her hand to her mouth, trying to fight back the loud laughter that threatened to escape. At Sakura’s loud scream, though, she couldn’t hold it anymore.

“Aww, Sassy, it’s your first kiss!”

The two boys broke away from each other as quickly as they possibly could, gagging. Sasuke barely managed to choke out a “Shut the hell up, Nanashi!”

Iruka stood at the front of the class, hands behind his back as he smiled at the new Genin. “As of today, you are all ninjas. Together you’ve faced difficult trials and hardships. But, that’s nothing. What comes next will be far more difficult. Now you are all Genin, first level ninjas. All the Genin will be grouped into three-man squads. Each squad will be led by a Jonin. An elite ninja.”

Nanashi fought to keep her eyes from rolling as Ino started to taunt Sakura, “Well, someone’s gotta be in Sasuke’s group. I wonder who?”

She snickered as Sasuke just let out a small, “Ugh…”

Iruka continued, “We want each squad to have a balance of strength and abilities, so that’s how we set them up. I will now announce the squads!” He ignored Nanashi as she moved to sit on her desk, facing the rest of the class so she could see what she knew would be mixed reactions from her friends.

“Squad Seven!” Nanashi zoned back in, hoping she hadn’t missed anything important – especially if her name had already been called. “Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno,” Naruto stood up and cheered, while Sakura hung her head. “And Sasuke Uchiha!” The positions switched, and Nanashi bit her lip to keep from laughing at Sasuke’s completely disinterested expression.

She caught a glimpse of Hinata lowering her head slightly, and she frowned, ‘Poor Hinata…’

“Squad Eight! Hinata Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame! Squad Nine! Nanashi Yamamoto,” Nanashi turned her head to look at Iruka, grinning, “Reiko Sugimori and Emiko Sugimori!”

“Nice!” She looked over to see Reiko giving her a thumbs up, and Emiko smiling softly at her, “This is gonna be fun, then!”

“Now Squad Ten! Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akimichi!”

Naruto suddenly stood up, yelling, “Iruka-Sensei! Why does a great ninja like me have to be in a squad with a slug like Sasuke?!”

Iruka looked up from his papers, responding calmly, “Sasuke had the best scores of all the graduating students. Naruto, you had the worst scores. To create a balanced team, we put the best student with the worst student.”

“Just make sure you don’t get in my way…” Sasuke muttered, “Loser.”

They started bickering, but Iruka cut them off, clearing his throat, “After lunch, you’ll meet your new Jonin teachers. Until then, class dismissed!”

Nanashi stood, carrying the bento boxes her dad had made for her and Sasuke over to him. “Ready, Sassy?”

Sasuke sent one last glare at Naruto, before turning his attention to her, “Yeah…”

Nanashi looked out the window she and Sasuke were leaning against, suddenly catching a glimpse of yellow and orange, ‘Oh, no…’

“Uh… Sassy, I’m gonna go talk to my teammates a bit, okay?” She heard him grunt in reply, and left the room as quickly as she could without alerting him that something was going on.

“Reiko, Emiko! Hey!”

The twins turned to the sound of their friend’s voice. Reiko grinned, “Hey, Nashi! Isn’t it great? We’re on the same team now!”

Emiko gave a small smile, “I wonder who our sensei will be…”

“Ten bucks it’s my dad,” Nanashi said dryly. “Then I’d have to not listen to him twice as much!”

Emiko shook her head, laughing softly, “So how do you think the first day will go? Don’t they usually do introductions?”

Reiko continued for her, “And if our Sensei is Koukatsu, then… will we not have to do them? I mean, we’ve been best friends practically since we were born!” She giggled, before turning her attention to Nanashi, “So where were you before this?”

“Oh, I had lunch with Sasuke. I took off when Naruto showed up to ambush him. No big deal, I’ll go find him in a few minutes.” She gave a disinterested shrug, “He should be free from whatever trap Naruto put him in soon.”

Nanashi walked along the stone path, grinning as she located her lost friend. “Sasuke! There you are!” She paused for a moment, “You are the real Sasuke, aren’t you? Not Mr. Whiskers?”

“…It’s me,” He started walking off, leaving her to trail behind him, “Well, if you excuse me, I have to go kick his ass now.”

They continued walking until they found Sakura sitting on a bench. She stood up, blushing, as she noticed them. “Sasuke, you’re back!”

Nanashi and Sasuke exchanged a look, ‘What the hell did he do this time?’

Sakura didn’t seem to notice, as she kept on, “Don’t be so shy, you bad boy!” They exchanged another ‘Are you kidding me?’ glance. “Are you ready now? You know, mentally prepared?”

Sasuke discreetly motioned for Nanashi to keep walking, and they both ignored the pinkette. That didn’t stop her from continuing, “Because I am! I mean, I’m raring to go! H-Hey, wait a minute!”

Sasuke finally stopped, turning his head to look at her, “Where’s Naruto?”

“Oh, see? There you go changing the subject again! Anyway, Naruto just picks fights with you… Y’know why he’s so annoying? Because he wasn’t raised right!” Nanashi froze in her tracks, anger starting to build up in her as Sakura continued ranting, “He doesn’t have a mother or father! No one to teach him right from wrong! Think about it. He just does whatever comes into his head!”

Sasuke turned to her again, his eyes narrowing dangerously, but Sakura continued, “If I did things like Naruto, forget it! I mean, my parents would get mad and I’d get in trouble, so of course I don’t do it! But if you don’t have parents to tell you, how would you know?” Nanashi had to steady her breathing so she wouldn’t snap. “He’s selfish and bratty! He’s all alone!”

“Alone…” Sasuke spoke quietly, “Isolated… It’s not about your parents scolding you. You have no idea what it means to be alone.”

“W-Why are you saying that?” Sakura had the nerve to look hurt.

“Because. You’re annoying.” He started walking off again, stopping when he got to where Nanashi was standing. He put his hand on her shaking shoulder. “Let’s go back…”

“…I’ll catch up, I promise.” She gave her friend a weak smile, and he sighed, nodding once.

“Alright. Don’t take too long, or you might be late.”

“…Yeah…” He walked off, leaving the two girls standing there alone.

Sakura finally noticed Nanashi’s shaking form. “N-Nanashi? Are you alright?”

The other girl whipped around, her eyes burning with rage, “What gives you the right? What gives you the right to think that what you just said is okay?!”

“Wh-What? All I did was tell the truth!”

“No. What you did, was blame the problems of my friend on something that he had absolutely no say in! You have your parents! Both of them! You have zero right to bash someone for not having them!” Angry tears welled in her amethyst eyes, and Sakura was frozen in shame and fear. “You, and everyone else in this goddamn village… You blame people without understanding what they’re going through. What they’ve already been through. You treat them like monsters, like nuisances… and most of you don’t even know why! You just follow the crowd, and don’t even attempt to get to know the person behind the rumors. To decide for yourself. I can’t stand people like you.”

“I-I’m so—“

“No. You’re not. Don’t apologize for something that you’re going to continue doing! I don’t want to hear an apology from you at all until I know you understand the weight of everything you said.”

She scowled when Sakura started to cry, “I’m going in. You may want to hurry, the break is almost up…”
