Keita Machida - Kurosawa (Cherry Magic Japan)

I absolutely ADORE this man. Attentive and kind and he's ssooo pretty. He is 5'11" (180cm), I want to climb him like a tree, thank you. I would do anything he asked. I have watched this show so many times in the last 6 months since i first watched it, its a little ridiculous. (eepy Kurosawa...oh how i adore him)

Khaotung Thanawat - Ray (Only Friends)

I love this man so much it hurts. I adore everything I've watched him in thus far but there is a /reason/ Ray is pictured in my about me on this blog. I related to Ray so much and his and Sand's scenes....oh wow... I have so many edits and gifs saved in a folder on my computer of this man, I am unwell about it (someone should recreate their dancing in the parking garage scene with me...)

Nut Supanut - Solo/Way (Oxygen/PitBabe)

I adored Nut in Oxygen (is it a little stiff, yeah, but i still liked it) I am a sucker for puppy like characters like Solo and hes just so incredibly Handsome. And Way is just...oh my god. Nut is legit the one of two reasons I started watching PitBabe. (Obsessed with the fact that Way is still kinda Puppy coded. He can take his frustration out on me, I'd consent to that)

Jimmy - Peun/Mohk (Vice Versa/Last Twilight)

I enjoyed Vice Versa and Jimmy immediately caught my attention when I watched it. And now with watching Last Twilight, many of my friends know just how UNWELL I am about this man. Mohk is so kind and attentive and he's so so handsome I cannot handle it. I made so many people watch the clip of him getting angry with August. When he got super quite? Lost my mind. (Look at him...look at his arms, are you kidding me??)

Ja Phachara Suansri - Leo/Punn (Don't Say No/Be Mine SuperStar)

THIS MAN IS 6'2" (188cm) THAT'S NOT FAIR. HE'S SO TALL (i'm a little jealous...) Ja is so pretty and him just throwing around First in Don't Say No like he was nothing? I lost it. The scene in the pool in Be Mine SuperStar where Punn and Ashi are talking and then Punn stands up? I was UNWELL (Punn is also another Puppy coded character and I will forever be a sucker for it)

Perth - Ae/Kanghan (Love By Chance/Dangerous Romance)

When I tell you some weird things came out of my mouth when I was telling my friends about Perth, I wish I was kidding (@darkroseespeon can attest to that). He's so incredibly ridiculously handsome and his smile is absolutely infectious. He's another that I would do anything they asked. (cue to me just repeatedly saying "he's so pretty" as i was trying to find a gif...)

Nat Thewphaingam - Nawin (Laws of Attraction)

I was living with some roommate when I was watching Laws of Attraction and they had a good laugh watching me LOSE MY SHIT when this man came on screen. I was immediately obsessed with Nawin. The bgm, the bloody tank, and the brass knuckles? I was a gonner. Truly in love with his antics and i would give a lot to be under him. (do you see his arms? the lighting? just...HIS FACE?)

Ji Sub - Jae Won (The Eighth Sense)

OMG one, this show is so important to me. Two, Ji Sub is a meal I could eat every day. I don't even have much more to say than that. He's just so handsome and he had such sad eyes... Jae Won, once they're finally boyfriends, is so sweet I just adore it so much. I love this man. (He was so cute in this scene I cant...)

Us Akkarachotsopon - Tay (Kinnprosche)

Tay is fully the embodiment of my never ending delima of do i want him or to i want to /be/ him???? His fashion sense is glorious and I will never be over it. The minute I start talking about it, its hard to get me to shut up. I would give ssoo much to take care of Tay and love him like he deserves. (Where the post that's like "i'll do anything for a boy with big brown eyes" or something like that. Also, this shirt?? I need it.)

Kiseki: Dear to Me

Am I cheating a little bit by talking about all four of them? Maybe. But I have made SO many people who are not into BLs watch this show FOR A REASON. I love it so much and I love all of them so dearly. AiDi and ChenYi's fashion? IMPECCABLE I'm obsessed and want to recreate some of their looks so bad. All their scene once they're finally together??? unbeatable to me. omfg. ZongYi and ZeRui's kitchen scene?? In shambles. SHAMBLES (I have a stuffed animal I named ZongYi cause he's so precious to me...and I want to get one to name AiDi)

Aaaahhh this...took me way longer to write than anticipated. Though part of that time was looking through endless amounts of gifs. to which, thank you to the gif makers, y'all make my day (haha xD) I have no idea who hasn't done this yet, (@mb-bls idk if you have or would want to?) but if you see this and want to do it, tag me so I can read it!!!!

Instead of rating shows i watched this year like a normal person im rating on how much they made me cry !

Side note, im not rating all of the shows I've watched, there are over 50 of them so nah not doing that😂

Moonlight chicken, 10/10, made me cry lots, great vibes

Never let me go

100/10, cried especially hard at that one scene with Palm and Neung dancing in that hotelroom after Palm's mum got killed.

Between us, A solid 9/10

I watched Until we meet again after i watched this and i heard it was so so sad so i was like hell yeah go sadness you know? But it disappointed me so much, i didn't like it all:/

I told sunset about you, 10/10, made me cry

Followed by I promised you the moon 100/10, it made me cry more than itsay, i liked it more too:))

The Eighth sense

1000/10 THIS WAS LITERALLY SO BEAUTIFUL MADE ME CRY SO HARD

I feel you linger in the air, 100000/10. You wanna know the funniest about this being rated so high for making me cry? When i was watching the like first six episode or something i was like, wow yeah i kinda feel it's sad but it hadn't made me cry yet. THEN SIKE THE LAST FEW EPISODE HIT LIKE A TRUCK AND I LITERALLY COULDN'T STOP CRYING FOR AN NEARLY AN HOUR AFTER FINISHING IT. Yeah anyways

Bed friend, 8/10, it was angsty which i had not expected when i started watching it when it aired but it was incredibly. I didn't cry that much though. It gets point for unexpected angst and good portrayed trauma:)

Only friends, 9/10. Ray made me cry so hard with that scene in the bathtub. But the scene in the GIF above had me crying too.

Anyways that was it because Tumblr has a limit of adding gif per post and i feel like I've noted everything worth mentioning:))

(one more scene worth noting is the one in kiseki dear to me, not sure which episode anymore, but where Ai Di is sitting in front of a birthday cake and you see the years pass, that one hurt so much and i shedded some tears:'))

Another show worth noting for cry-ability (that's a word from now on), is Pitbabe, i have not cried because of it but it's kind sad and angsty so it has potential for making me cry

PitBabe - Ep 9

I feel deceived and tricked by this series from the very beginning, from the first trailer lol And I have no idea if this is an intentional effect or it just happened by accident 😄 These are, of course, just my feelings.

I mean, even the promotion of this series suggested something completely different than what is in the series. The CharlieBabe relationship dynamic is COMPLETELY not my style and if I had known about it beforehand, I would never have even started this show.

The series also decided to hire Nut, of all the actors 😍, who made one of the main antagonists of the series one of the most interesting and compelling characters. In addition, they developed this character in such a way that he make me feel sympathetic about him, that is, his love was obvious from the beginning and narratively more interesting and poignant. And then they decided that this character, played in such a perfect way, commits a very realistic, horrific SA. You know, after the entire series when we watched how Way is obsessively in love and completely unable to cope with the fact that Babe is actually slipping away for the first time in his life. So many people, me included, liked Way, or at least found him very interesting. Even those who hated him still talked about him, because he's just such a good character. And then this happened. And people still talk about him and condmen him but like... it's different? So I wonder, is this an intentional effect? To make Way like this? I don't know, but it's VERY interesting. The funniest thing is that the scene of the breakdown of the Way/Babe relationship had so much more emotion and despair than any previous scene of Charlie and Babe fighting, not to mention Babe's heartbreaking scene of literal mourning over the loss of Way's friendship. Babe also grieves more now than after any Charlie's "betrayal". Again: is this the intended effect? 🤷‍♀️

For me, Way, when I look at him objectively, is the worst. This is the type of guy who loves someone, suffers, but does nothing to win the loved one, and his method so far has been to isolate his beloved, I fucking hate such incel types. But the series wrote this role so well and hired such a great actor that, to my horror, after this terrible scene (which was VERY GOOD btw, the horror was not in violence but in how quiet and still it all was and in Babe's face), besides the obvious thoughts in my head: "there is no fucking excuse for what he did", there was also the whole essay "why did Way do it, what led to this scene." There is no excuse for SA, ever. PERIOD. And at the same time, I know perfectly well where it all came from. Again: was this an intended effect? To understand Way? Idk, it's just all crazy, I feel wierdly manipulated, don't ask me why 🤡

How did it happen, when did it happen, that Way and Kenta and their pathetic way of dealing with their trauma and abuse, with their PsychoDad is the most interesting aspect of this series for me? I won't lie when I say that the whole situation with the Father (also a very charismatic character), dependence on him and the toxic relationship between him and Way and Kenta are the most interesting for me and honestly at the moment, I'm watching this series just for that 🤡

(in terms of romance, this series is also wild territory for me, I've already shipped Way with Babe, Way with Pete, Pete with Kenta, Kenta with Kim, Kenta with Way, Babe with Kim and even Winner with Kim - yeah I know 😩 and even, hehe, some forbidden ships appeared in my head that I won't mention here 🤭)

Of course, the series will give Way a chance to atone for what he did, and probably even Babe will forgive him. I mean, I would never forgive anyone for doing something like this, I can't imagine anyone sane doing it, but I predict that Way will "help" a noble cause to save children, redeem his sins, reconcile with Babe, get together with Pete and everything will end well 🤷‍♀️

I also would like to mention, that as an Omegaverse enjoyer, every time the word "mama" comes up in Charlie's conversations with Babe, I want to 🤮

Cherry Magic is the most adorable, sweetest series I'm watching right now. The Sign is the best, most interesting series I'm watching right now. Twins is the most frustrating series I'm watching right now. And PitBabe is the weirdest series I'm watching right now 😆 In the sense that everything in it is turned upside down for me and I have the strangest reactions after every episode. My emotions and reactions are all over the place. I couldn't care less about the main couple if I tried. And villains, morally gray characters, are somehow the most interesting and evoke some weirdest emotions and response in me. Idk, it's just crazy 🤡👻

OMG MJ I'm so so so SO happy you've welcomed me back like this! I thought you were gonna be like hmmmm who's this? I'm so good! I suddenly disappeared a pretty long time ago, my apologies to everyone (has it been like 2 years??) and last year I made the sudden decision to enter university again as a 28 (now 29) yo! I'm studying something I love, I've made wonderful friends and I got out of the tiny town I was living in all on my own! I am feeling so good within myself, better than ever! although now I've had to make a new tumblr, it's ugly and i've lost my touch on how to make it look cute, booo! But yeah, I love my friends and I'm happy to be surrounded by such lovely, encouraging and supportive people (I do tend to close off to myself sometimes but they help me express myself more) and I am extremely glad I got the opportunity to have such a special bond with them. I love you all! @ilicon @wingsofhcpe (I would tag more people but they don't have tumblr)

Fun Fact: I apparently have a 'plan', a pattern to make friends and that is "throwing bait" 😂.

And it is random because I don't do so deliberately. For example, with @ilicon, he heard me during a lesson back in high-school saying "are you sure about that?" - John cena meme. With @wingsofhcpe, I happened to be talking about anime and a comiccon with my friends at uni and they came over to talk to us (brave, I would remain in my spot stalking). With another friend from uni and these last days with a new girl- I happened to write in the uni's group chat that I was reading a fanfiction and have watched pitbabe respectively.

They are a package, do not separate.

It is inevitable cause everytime I'm listening to music, I always move one way or another even if I'm sitting down. Dancing in either my room or in the living room when no one is home, making/learning choreos as if I'm a singer/idol.

I was part of dancing teams, the majority being traditional Greek dances at my schools but the last two years I did Latin and tango. I'm sad I had to stop but oh well.

Resident Evil 2 AU

Claire Redfield x Elza Walker

Generally the characters are the same, but with a kick of real so they aren't blank slates. Elza herself is a street-smart, confident young woman with a troubled past.

Born Elizibeth Walker in Anchorage, Alaska to parents separated before she was born, her father was an fortuitous yet endearing construction worker who took custody of her until he went missing during the construction of an Umbrella Research Facility in the Rockies during her early teens and was then sent to Connecticut to live with her mother, who was an abusive drug addict.

In her teens she developed a keen interest in motorcycles while overstudying in a library to avoid her mother and further strengthed it with part-time jobs in various mechanics. Eventually she lost hope in her father being found and her increasingly hostile mother drove her to runaway from home, using connections she developed through gangs and mechanics to move to Florida and join an amatuer racing contest in Daytona under the alias 'Elza' (Her father's nickname for her)... where she broke the track record 4 times (The first was the previous fastest lap time, she then broke her own fastest laps 3 times).

By her 18th birthday she had left her criminal ties behind and became a minor celebrity on the fast track to becoming a professional bike racer. She had sponsers ready to pay her into any university she wanted, emancipation from her mother and enough money saved up from work and victories to let her live as an independant young woman.

Elizabeth was gone. She was Elza now, and she had found her path to happiness.

By 1996 Claire had enrolled in the University of Houstan, Texas. Chris hoped she would enrol in Kansas City so she'd be closer to him but she wasn't going to be his little sister forever. She had grown up quick after their parents died... they both did.

Elza and Claire first met the week before classes started, Claire having just moved into the dorms a day before; Elza arriving like a perfect storm the next day on an customised kawasaki sports bike and a trailer full of her belongings.

Claire recognised her of course, her debut into the racing world made national headlines. So like a dork Claire was shy and tried to avoid Elza as she rode in on her Harley Davidson, after running an errand off campus.

Elza however, heard the sound of a Harley and wanted to know who owned it. She took one look at Claire in her red leather shorts, that 'Made in Heaven' jacket tied around her waist and that tight black bodysuit she had no business looking so sexy in, decided 'Yeah, I'm chilling with you!" and was having none of it.

There was, what a native of Northern Ireland like myself would call, a fresher's fair that night and like a hawk Elza seeked out the introverted Claire and started asking about her bike.

By the end of the night, Claire's shyness vanished upon realising that the seemingly untouchable queen of bikers, whose body was covered in tattoos and whose hair was as wild and untamed as the wind, was actually a massive dork. Elza however found someone who had quickly seen her and not the racing queen. The dealbreaker came when Elza asked what made her get a bike to begin with.

"Well... my brother owned a Suzuki before but... I guess I saw the film 'Akira' and that's what made me do it"

"Oh my god bitch me too!!!"

The two would then become firm friends. Elza being the misadventurous one who managed to talk Claire into actually leaving the library and give herself a break from studying; Claire being the one to get them out of trouble and keep Elza grounded. The two became a power-couple without realising, defending the other from rude people who mocked Elza for daring to be a woman racer or harassed Claire for her looks or for trying to latch onto a celebrity. It went without saying no one could harass these women if they wanted their hearing and face intact.

Things would eventually become more personal between the two. The week after New Years, Elza received news that her mother had died from a drug overdose. Although she didn't need to, Claire bought a side-car for her bike and rode her to New London for the funeral.

The service itself was tense. Elza being uncharacteristically silent and the lack of relatives worried Claire as the service ended. She never saw Elza's eyes look so cold as she gave her eulogy, which she soon realised was a stock eulogy the minister gave to those who didn't write one.

A while after she was buried in the a man approached Elza in the cemetary, introduced himself as her mother's dealer and decided that since she was a famous racer her mother's debt would pass on to Elza and that she would pay him else there would be cpnsequences; it goes without saying she refused to pay off the debt and apathetically asked him to leave.

Claire was on him like a wolf the moment he slapped her and was ready to kill him when he started to threaten her with a knife.

She very nearly did.

They left New London that evening amidst a police BOLO for a woman with auburn hair seen kicking the living shit out of a man in a graveyard. They made it to Kent Island before a blizzard rolled in and they had to say at an inn along the Chesepeake Bay.

That night Claire meant to apologise for her actions, stating she saw her get hit and just... reacted. But Elza pulled her into a tight hug and finally released her pent up emotions. She told Claire about her fathers disappearance, about the years of torment at her mothers hands, that this wasn't the first time something like this happened, that she doesn't understand why she's crying if she hated her mother so much and how much it hurt to remember all those terrrible things and have someone make her feel like that scared little girl again.

Claire, feeling her best friend shake in her arms, doesn't know what to say. She's silent for a time as Elza holds onto her like a lifeline, as if letting go would make her fall off the Earth itself. She finally tells Elza that she isn't that little girl anymore.

"You are Elza Walker! Yhe Woman who can never be slowed! You're unreachable! Unstoppable! And no one will ever hurt you again!... I... don't want to see you hurt again"

Elza didn't speak for a while after that... but eventually she did and what she said broke Claire.

"I've wished for someone like you my whole life Claire"

Life returned to normal soon after that. One tournament race was enough to bring Elza Walker roaring back to life and with a vengeance. She was faster, she was braver, her smile after each weekly victory able to light up the world... or at least Claire's, who now made it a point to go to every race, or at least watch it on TV if the race was in a city too far out of reach.

Elza knew Claire was watching her... she figured that's why she was doing better now.

Spring came and went, the summer exams now already a fading memory to the pair, but foreshadowed by Claire losing her part-time job and being unable to find another one. With no means to pay for her student fees it looked like she would be forced to drop-out.

But Elza wouldn't have any of it.

"I know how you can pay off your fees. A guy in my pit crew retired a month ago and I've been short two hands ever since. It's hard work but the pays good and if I make pro next month it'll be even better"; she said idly at a bar one evening.

"You... you want me in your pit crew?"; Claire asked incredulously.

"No, I want you as my personal pitbabe so I can drool at you in a tight spandex jumpsuit looking all cute with dirt on your face"; Elza said with a lop-sided smile.

"Ha!"

"Hm... seriously Claire, I want you there with me. I can't imagine anyone better to look after me on the track"; Elza said confidently.

"...You do take way too many risks"; Claire mused, before Elza held her cheek in her hands.

"You told me once that I am the woman who can never be slowed... well Redfield, I'd slow down for you!"

Elza's manager might have called her decision to hire Claire personally driven and entirely unprofessional. However, Claire proved herself highly compotent within a week of employment, being able to keep up with the repairs, adjustments and tyre changes her job demanded.

It was also found that Elza actually listened to Claire whenever she was pushing her luck, which turned out to be a blessing in the final race of the season in San Francesco. Her main rival who was tied for 1st with Elza didn't want to lose to a woman, and in the final 3 laps had begun making poor judgement calls to try and keep up with her. Risky overtakes, tight cornering and high speed was equally met, and soon Elza found herself in a dogfight she refused to lose.

If Claire hadn't screamed at her to brake before the last corner, she would have been thrown off her bike with her rival after an attemped inside lane overtake resulted in them losing control of the bike and wiping out.

Elza won of course, making it into the professional league. It was a dream come true. At no point after she took off her helmet and locked teary eyes with Claire could she make any expression that wasn't a bashful smile or tears of joy. It also seemed like she couldn't stop looking at Claire during the victory reception or later that night on the train ride home... where she had too much to drink, leaving Claire having to help Elza meander into the sleeping car after the 8th Buttery Nipple.

She helped her move herself onto the bed, but Elza didn't let go of her hand. Instead she brought her hand to her lips and kissed her knuckles and held it to her cheek as she openly wept.
