My favorite non-state character has either gotta be 2020 (even tho he’s only been shown like- once) cuz I love his energy and feel like I could definitely wreak havoc on this wretched earth with him, or CDC cuz he’s small and adorable and gives me the motherly want to protect him at all cost
17. A headcanon that you are willing to die on (or whatever it said lol)
So there are two: First one being Texas being seen as Loui’s big brother/mother figure and protecting him whenever he can, and the second one is Mass and Loui being friends (it’s a Northern witch and a Southern witch being friends and it’s so precious to me for no reason whatsoever)

10. Something you’d like to see from the series in the future? (The return of The Statehouse etc?)
I wanna see more Stately Lives and How States do things. The 2020 football round up episode is one of my favorite and I'd love to see what he would do with the better defined characters now. Plus I just love seeing the states being domestic and not super defined by the politics going on. Also would not be opposed to more Table History. GIMME THE LORE BENJAMIN!
13. Favorite AU the fandom has come up with?
Fandom as a whole? Cryptid AU for sure. That's my bread and butter baby.
19. Favorite piece of fanon
I really like the fanon that yeah, everyone is played by Ben, but if this were not a one man show they would all look VERY different from each other. I have many race and physical headcanons and I love seeing the different ones people have.

1) When did you first discover the table?
I can't remember the exact time frame but it was probably sometime during 2020, a couple of months into the pandemic.
2) Do you remember your first episode?
I don't remember my first episode but the earliest one that I remember watching is "Florida's Retirement Communities"
15) Any dream collabs?
Hmmmm, I guess I think it'd be fun if Ben collabed with B Mo the Prince or Kallmekris again.

Town Hall Meeting: question for WTTT/WTTSH/Welcome to the table/welcome to the Statehouse/Ben Brainard fandom
I'm guilty of it probably more than other people, but can we all choose a tag and just tag all of our posts under it? It's just nitpicky from me, but I've seen other people mention it and I think we should discuss.
To start of the discussion, I've compiled a list of reasons why each tag would be beneficial and negative to choose as our singular tag.
WTTT
Concise! Very quick to type, easy to remember, and not hard to spell.
It's a radio station in NH and IL. Also a very hard to find the tag if you are not already in the fandom, and easily overlooked as a fandom tag.
Overall, I'd rate it like a 6/10 for ease and identifiable-ness.
WTTSH
Also concise! Just as quick to type, easy to remember, not hard to spell.
This one and the spelled out version of the tag have the same issue in my head to where they only tag part of Ben's work. The Statehouse hasn't had an episode since late 2020, and I think it's odd that we keep tagging stuff like it. Completely open for debate on this one.
Welcome to the Table
The first search result for this set of words is all of Ben's stuff! His YouTube, the fandom pages on the characters, and the Tumblr search page for welcome to the table. It's the most commonly used tag for the fandom.
But, it's wordy. It's very long. It's easy to misspell in a rush, and it's not even the name of the show. The name of the show is "The Table" as pointed out by (@greatinternetllama ) a while ago.
Probably the best option in my opinion just because it's identifiable as the fandom for the show, and can also include Ben's other stuff.
Welcome to the Statehouse
I might be one of the only people tagging stuff as this one but I wasn't sure so it's included.
Same issue as the WTTSH tag, it's not really tagging the fandom as a whole, just a single set.
It also is wordy, same issue as the other lengthy one. Easy to misspell, and the name of the show was "The Statehouse."
Ben Brainard
This one is perfectly okay, it tags the right creator and it will get you to the right people who are also a fan of the show
My only issue is that it's like tagging Rick Riordan in your Percy/Nico 200k enemies to lover fic. Not everyone is going to be comfortable with the creator of a piece of media seeing what the fans have decided to do. (Thinking of a particular fanfic that I will not be naming)
Also, while it does include Ben's work, I think it's more of a person specific tag. There are some pictures of Ben on Tumblr just being Ben, and I think those would probably be the ones to be tagged as "Ben Brainard", as he is just being himself in those.
This is assuming that Ben being himself in a sketch would just be taken as a character and not tagged
Those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head! Full disclosure, I am not overlord of the tags. Hell no. You guys have seen my tags. It's as bad as STWWX sometimes.
But!!! I think the conversation needs to be had, so I am offering opinions that may or may not be wanted. That is all.
