As a trans person working through all of this, your birth certificate should be your first priority. A ton of the places you need to change your name at require you to get your birth certificate changed first. So far, the only thing I've been able to change over with just my court order is my passport and health insurance/doctor's office (the doctors I go to required my insurance be changed over first). Submit that birth certificate paperwork asap and do some research to know what exactly the state that holds your birth certificate requires (I was born in Missouri, and they sent back my first application because the court order did not specifically say that the birth certificate was to be changed, and they needed a letter instructing them to do that. About 2-3 months wasted because of that smh). Work on your birth certificate first, and do whatever else you can in the meantime
