Notes for POs, from a very, very pissed off congressional debater:
If there is a tie, you, the PO, vote to break the tie. You do not, and I mean do not, just declare that the bill fails.
If you are at a tournament that doesn’t have preset precedence and recency, and you’re starting out the session, you then need to pick speakers at random. What does random mean? Random means you pick whoever stands up first. Not who you want, not someone from your school, if you need to pick from randomness, you need to pick whoever stands up first.
Do not hold grudges or try and screw over a specific speaker if you thought they did really well. I cannot stress this enough, if you pick randomly, you pick whoever stands up first

I swear I’m a patient person (I’m not) and I trust that it’s all for buildup and is good in the long run and will make things even juicier when the payoff comes but...
I miss season 4 Buddie :(. I think I’m gonna rewatch just season 4 because they were so cute that whole time. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love me some create distance or at least absence and snap back like a rubber band with extreme emotional intimacy and depth but...I miss my domestic buddie! They were so cute! The dynamic duo!
Yeah. I think I’m gonna rewatch season 4. (contemplating whether to stop after 412 or not though)

20 pushups
20 squat-presses with a 10lbs weight
20 bent rows with a 10lbs weight
STRETCHES:
standing forward fold
forward splits stretches
modified hurdler stretch
