100 days of Deathduo!
Day 3- Reverse phasmo au chapter two
Salt? Check. Actual flashlight instead of just her phone? Check. Cross found at the dollar store twenty minutes away? Check.
It was her house. Not the ghost. Because that’s what it was, right? A ghost? The face she had seen was clearly humanoid, but it was transparent and it came out of nowhere. Which was. Terrifying.
Clover had tried to get a little bit of work on the house done. Specifically the room downstairs furthest from the breaker. She had, really, but it was so cold, and she couldn’t see anything and that was a bit annoying. Which means that she must go bug the ghost. And get the breaker on. And then she won’t have to ever go in that room ever again and she can just have a ghost roommate that she never interacts with.
Its a foolproof plan. As long as Clover doesn’t chicken out. Like she had the previous three times she tried to go up the stairs. She has a dollar store cross. It will be fine. She just does not have to think of the shadow of the mannequin in the corner of the room. Or the whistling wind outside. Or the creepy music box on the shelf next to the stairs. She can do this. It’s just one step up the stairs. And then another.
The step creaks when she shifts her weight, and Clover has to run outside and take a few minutes to catch her breath and remember that steps are just naturally creepy. It’s not gonna eat her. It’s just a step. The house is just a house. The ghost is just a ghost.
Perhaps she just comes back another day. Maybe she just buys a new house entirely.
No, no she can’t do that. It would look bad on her credit. And also this is the perfect location. And layout. And it was so cheap. Which makes sense, considering there is a ghost that lives upstairs. Which she should really go up to to get the breaker on.
This time. This time she would conquer the stairs. It’s not strange if the creak. They are just stairs. It’s fine. Clover is fine. She is just gonna go up the stairs with her flashlight and her cross and her salt and it will all be fine.
Clover holds her breath as the stairs creak once more, holding her weight, and she just has to get in, turn the breaker on, and get out. It will be fine. Maybe the ghost moved. Oh look at that, Clover is at the top of the stairs. It’s too late to turn back now.
She runs past the room, into the storage area, trying to ignore the way the temperature drops, and she holds the dollar tree cross out in front of her while she tries to make a semicircle around her with the salt. She jumps and then stands still, hardly daring to move a muscle, her heart pounding in her chest when a water bottle is thrown in her direction, missing her by a foot or two. Her water bottle. That she had thrown at the ghost. Her water bottle that used to be filled with water but is now frozen solid. Is this payback?
Slowly, hesitantly, Clover looks down, making sure that the salt line is unbroken, to protect her. “Uh, um. Hello ghost. I am Clover. I’m sorry I threw that at you? You just startled me. I apologize.”Clover tries not to let her voice shake. Keyword tries.
Nothing happens. In response, and Clover breathes a sigh of relief, her breath fogging up in the cold room. “Alright, uh. I’m just gonna. Turn the breaker on, because it a bit hard to see, and then I will be out of your hair and will leave you alone. Is that alright? Um. Please don’t come near me. I have a very real and legitimate cross right here.” Clover says, waiting for a few seconds, shivering in the freezing room.
Slowly, cautiously, Clover opens the breaker, jumping at the creak of metal and laughing nervously at her response. She flips the switch, and then freezes once more when she hears a small noise coming from the floor. Like the sound of someone walking. She slowly looks down at the salt, and realizes that it is not broken, and when she focuses she can feel an unnatural chill directly to her left.
She nervously laughs again. “Ah, um. I hope you like the salt that I brought here to. Decorate the place a bit. Make it nice for you to live in.” Clover does get a response this time. The breaker clicks, and the light shines red. It is off again.
“Um. It’s very hard to see without that on? So don’t mind me, I’m just gonna. Click it on again.” Clover says, slowly reaching up, feeling a chill when her hand passes through the ghost’s hand, presumably. “Sorry.” She apologizes, turning the breaker on.
The ghost turns it off again immediately after. That’s a little rude. Clover turns it back on. It turns off. “Listen. Ghost. I guess you don’t need to see, but I am but a normal human who has to have light in order to not die or something. And also, you aren’t paying rent. So I am just going to turn on the breaker unless you are planning to pay 400 dollars a month.” Clover says, turning on the breaker.
It turns off. Clover hears a quiet, echoey sound of laughter next to her. Is the ghost making fun of her? At this point, she is more frustrated than afraid. “Please? I promise, after I turn it on, I will leave you alone. If you want, you could even turn it off after I leave for the night.” She says, slowly reaching towards the breaker. This time, it stays on. Clover breathes a sigh of relief.
“Thank you. I’m just gonna go now. See you later?” Clover says, inching towards the door. She shrieks when a stray hammer is thrown across the room, even though its not thrown towards her. “Alright! Bye!” Clover says, rushing down the stairs and away from the room.
That was. Strange. The ghost is strange. But at least she can actually turn on the lights in her own house. As Clover sorts through the old, abandoned pictures and furniture located in one of the rooms downstairs, her thoughts are filled with the strange situation she has found herself in.

Wind Breaker Episode 2: The Hero of My Dreams
Tumblr media
First of all, just soak in the incredible model quality and accuracy of this short (but very sweet) sequence for Suo. Despite its simplicity, the layout of the scene makes it a very difficult cut to deliver on, especially to this quality.
With that out of the way, Wind Breaker episode 2 proves that the series has a world more to offer than simple eye-popping action for the viewer. Under the hood there's a greater story, stronger character dynamics, and plenty of humor.
The second episode helps temper expectations a great deal, and provide proof that it has the ability to go the distance.
Of course, there's lots more like series director Toshifumi Akai doing the storyboards for the second episode, there being only 4 animation directors, or little bits about how Kotoha plays into Sakura's journey, but you'll find all of that in the full review at Animehouse.

How to Throw an Unforgettable Outdoor Party with Party Hire
Outdoor celebrations are beautiful but have risks. The weather can be unpredictable. There may be lighting issues after sunset. Other logistical problems can also happen. It's important to have backup plans in place.
Instead of hoping that ruined decor won't ruin the party, rely on Party hire Brisbane. They provide weatherproof furnishings, ample lighting, and quick backup assistance. This ensures that outdoor parties go smoothly, no matter what surprises come up. Our guide helps you turn open-air venues into cozy spaces that guests will love, no matter what happens. Make sure your next outdoor party is a success. Follow these tips if you're hosting a garden tea, poolside bash, or forested reception. Equipment and rapid response teams will keep you safe.
Use Clear Outdoor Tent and Marquee Rentals
Party hire Brisbane provides shelter from the elements. You can use them for garden luncheons or lakeside receptions. Outdoor tents have multiple uses. They protect against unexpected weather and can be used to attach decorations like flower garlands, lighting fixtures, and entry signage. These decorations should be placed away from walkways. Choose commercial-grade tents and cleared flooring for larger parties. These are sturdier and can handle heavier furniture setups or dancing configurations. Avoid DIY pop-up versions as they may collapse during the excitement. Protective installations help maintain ideal atmospheric conditions for joyful connections.
Outfit with Weatherproof Furniture Materials
Use Table and chair hire with strong aluminum or steel frames for outdoor furniture that can handle wet conditions. Look for sets that use water-resistant mesh, vinyl, or acrylic fabrics for the upholstery. Think about renting items with adjustable legs. These legs can adapt to uneven lawns or paver layouts. They help prevent wobbling and keep things balanced. You can use roll-out flooring in muddy areas to create a stable and clean platform. This will prevent sinking and provide a smooth surface for everything to sit on. Keep key pieces like registry and gift tables covered when not in use to protect them from damage and ensure they look great in photos. Choose practical options that can handle unpredictable outdoor conditions for ongoing comfort.
Illuminate nighttime setups beautifully.
Party hires need proper lighting to create a festive mood after sunset. Hang string lights in a zigzag pattern above the tent to create a warm and cozy atmosphere when it gets dark. Add colorful uplighting packs to the sides of the tent to enhance the hanging strands. This will create a beautiful diffusion effect and can also be used to wash buildings with color. Lampposts are placed strategically to prevent dark areas between seats and dance zones. Rent quiet generators to ensure sufficient power access. These generators will run everything smoothly without tripping breakers. Pro lighting concepts can enhance visual appeal and safety by preventing hazards as natural light diminishes. The ambiance creates a magical evening under the stars.
Have Backup Plans and Support On-Call
Parties can have unexpected problems like gusty winds or downpours. These problems need quick decisions to keep the celebrations going smoothly. Before your event, talk to your event hire Brisbane provider about different situations that could happen. This will help establish plans for moving indoors, adding sidewalls to tents for more protection, replacing damaged items quickly, or other important solutions that may be needed. Make sure staff can be reached easily during events. Provide direct hotlines for quick responses if needed to ensure guests are cared for. Get quick access to professional guidance and equipment replacement resources. This will help you handle weather-related or other issues during the celebrations.
Contact Glow Wild party hire experts in Brisbane for premium rentals and quick assistance in keeping outdoor events lively, no matter what surprises may arise.

How to Incorporate a Car Garage Into Your House’s Structure
Whether you are shopping for a home or designing your own from the ground up, there are lots of features you have to decide whether to include or leave out. One of the common options on the decision list is a garage. While the availability of street parking or the presence of a detached garage may seem like enough space for your vehicle, there are other reasons to include an attached garage.
Why It's Good to Have a Garage
Parking on the driveway or the street may not seem like a big deal on a warm, sunny day, but carrying groceries in on a rainy day will highlight the benefits of having a garage. Not only does it protect you and your belongings from harsh weather, but it also keeps your vehicles from being damaged by sun and hail. You'll also bypass that unpleasant winter task of scraping frost off your windshield every morning.
Garages are a great place for projects that are messy or require a lot of space. Imagine doing your crafting, woodworking, or painting in a room with a concrete floor that can be easily swept up and sprayed off. You can even leave your projects out overnight instead of having to clean up to get out of the way of daily routines like cooking and laundry.
Garages also provide helpful storage that can save space inside the house. Tall wall shelves and ceiling storage can collect bulky items like Christmas trees, coolers, and sports gear. You can also store your garbage cans there, keeping them away from wind and wildlife without having to keep them in the house.
Including a Garage in Your Home's Design
Some homeowners feel that their chosen home design won't look natural with a garage because it has a colonial or other classic style. However, it is very easy for a capable architect to incorporate a garage into a variety of home designs.
The first step is to ensure that the garage is properly sized. A larger home should have a larger garage to maintain proportion. Likewise, a smaller home should have a smaller garage. A second thought is the orientation of the garage. If possible, position the garage doors so that they do not face the street. This will improve the home's security and appearance when the garage doors are up. Do not forget to make the garage large enough to where you can serviceyour car easily.
Another important thought is to consider setting the garage up for future conversion to additional living space. The three-car garage you needed with kids at home won't be as useful when everyone has grown up and you've retired. Converting some or all of your garage into a room could address more pressing needs, like extra rooms for the grandkids to spend the night or just a big den where everyone can gather.
 Garage Features You'll Love
The first step in planning your garage is to remind yourself that it's more than just a place to park vehicles. Of course, the layout should easily accommodate the size of your vehicles plus the potential for additional vehicles as your kids start to drive, but don't think of your garage as just an enclosed parking lot!
Think of your garage as a vehicle space first, then think about what else it can be and add those things to the design. If you have a DIY personality, make sure there's enough room around the walls for a good workbench somewhere. For the chef or entertainer, leave enough space (and wiring) for a deep freeze, a second refrigerator, or storage for kitchenware. While we're talking food, think about your smoker or grill. Just make sure those are not used in the garage.
A mop sink or garage garden hose can be a great way to help with cleanup projects. You may also want convenient hanging shelves that go above the doors. These are ideal for those big things that you don't use very often.
Finally, you may find that the garage is the best place for your breaker box, air handling unit, water heater, and other important home systems. The garage can be a great place to keep these features out of a dark basement or cluttered closet. Just be sure you understand the requirements of local codes, homeowners' associations, deed restrictions, and other regulations before getting started.
It's easy and convenient to include a garage in your home's design. Think about your lifestyle and what is important to you, then design the home (and garage) of your dreams.

How developers can ensure top-notch fire safety compliance
With an increase in the number of skyscrapers being developed across the country, a focus on fire safety regulations and compliances must be maintained to safeguard inhabitants. And the developer must install a robust firefighting system, use fire-resistant construction material where possible, and ensure all civil and fire-related compliances are adhered.
Let us look at key aspects which can help real estate developers create edifices that are less susceptible to fire risk and provide a safety net to its occupants in the unlikely scenario of a fire.
Incorporating spatial design elements to create a fire compartment.
For high-rise structures, the major threat to fire safety emanates from the rapid spread of fire from the initial focal point through common spaces like storage areas, elevator shafts, ventilation ducts and other cavities that may be integral to either the aesthetic or functional appeal of the structure. In order to mitigate this risk, it is important to ensure that there is a break in wind flow between two or more spaces by adding baffle plates or adopting asymmetric layouts. A benefit of the latter approach is that each unit within the project will be isolated from adjacent units, which will help curtail the risk of fire spreading from a local fire to any particular unit space. In the scenario where the design cannot be altered or for existing structures, a combination of fire-resistant walls, windows, doors, and access points can go a long way in reducing fire risk.
Installing adequate fire alarm and firefighting systems
In the event of a fire, it is crucial that the source is detected at the nascent stage through a network of fire alarm monitoring systems that include ionisation fire alarms, photoelectric detectors, or a combination of both types to maximise protection capabilities. To fight such kinds of fires, the developer needs to ensure that every level is equipped with fire hydrant systems for large spaces and fire suppression systems like sprinklers for individual units. Care must be taken to cover all areas and maintain a fire hydrant/extinguisher at the recommended distance as stipulated by fire safety norms mandated by the local authorities. Additionally, all equipment should be placed in easily accessible locations, and all occupants are made aware of the same for easy access in emergencies. Lastly, there has to be adequate space on the ground level for firefighting machinery to reach right up to the built structure and for fire-retarding operations to be carried out seamlessly.
Conducting regular safety audits to manage risk effectively
Despite all precautions taken, in many cases, fire tends to spread very fast and necessitates that a speedy evacuation procedure is in place. To help to carry out a safe evacuation process, it should be ensured that the optimal path is highlighted using glow-in-dark stickers and/or guiding lights so that all occupants can easily move towards the safe assembly area. After implementing these measures, all residents of a building should be taught about basic firefighting procedures and mock drills be conducted to ensure that they do not panic in a real crisis. Conducting regular safety audits comprising all checkpoints regarding the availability and functioning of firefighting equipment, awareness of residents on storage guidelines, and smooth emergency evacuation can make a crucial difference in an emergency situation.
Proper lifecycle management of critical electrical components
Finally, it is important that all electrical wiring, switches, circuit breakers and other equipment are checked for disintegration on a periodic basis and replaced if needed. This is primarily because electrical fires are the leading cause of most high-rise buildings and require specialised firefighting measures to combat their spread. A regular inspection of all floors in the building should ensure flammable materials that can trigger a much larger fire are not stored in common or enclosed areas, and appropriate measures are implemented to prevent such accumulation.
As a footnote, it is important for developers to ensure that the constructed complex is compliant with all fire safety norms and that additional precautions are taken right from the conceptual stage. With a safety mindset imbibed, such developers will eventually leverage the accumulated experience to develop even safer structures that can safeguard generations of their customers and create a brand celebrated by all.
