I thought the rebrand was a What3Words coordinate as it makes no sense at all, and the ‘jams’ ect was replicating Duchy Originals.

American Riviera or Riviera Orchard are both cute names, why does it need to be all 3 words? lol

I was watching small-town local news this week, and caught a segment on What Three Words. I found it vaguely interesting, in the “words are easier to say than numbers” way, except some of these words are…. not necessarily easy to say for people with any speech issues - I’m curious if this is really going to be easier than tracking GPS. But, that’s not why we’re here!

What really interested me, was giving three unique words to any 10 meter square. What kinds of art, stories, poetry can people create for a 10ft square plot of land given a 3 word prompt? What kind of public art could be created this way?

Challenge. Find a public location, pick a square, do art.

If you search for the Eiffel Tower, you get the words Graphics Dads Inched.

One such poem could be:

26/11/22 - Finding the box

I placed the geocaching box with a logbook, pen and trinket in the final What3Words destination.

The idea is that someone takes the trinket out of the box, and replaces it with something of their own.

Sorry for the delay in following up my first post - due to a mixture of family health emergency and new creative ideas.

The health emergency is working itself out thanks to the wonderful NHS oncology teams at St George’s and the Royal Marsden.

A whole new design approach is emerging to make the walks simpler and clearer in appearance and easier to manage and follow. I’ve been able to use QR technology with ‘what3Words’ in a new A5 format - making the pages clearer.

I’ve also separated the I Spy Pictures into their own Challenge sheet for each walk. Similarly the plaques have been given their own separate download sheet.

I hope to send out another post in a few days once I’ve got two big charity carol concerts out of the way. In it will be links to a new format free Mayfair walk.

These new format walks will gradually appear on the SimpleBooklet site over the next few months.

In the meantime I hope anyone reading this will have a decent Xmas - keep warm and safe and may your hidden god be with you.
