Summary // Tali teaches the boys how to dance

Talia is half hispanic/latina from Mexico, she was born in America but still got influenced by her culture as she lived near the border of Mexico. Then she moved to Korea but while living in the States she grew a love for dancing but no hip hop, ballet more like huapangos, batchata, nortenas dancing. Something that started her love of dancing. Loved dancing with her dad since he did it really well, and grew up dancing with her brother so they practice together to keep up their skills.

On their tour they went to Mexico and they visited Talia's family and met her Grandpa with her brother tagging along and as always they had a party.

"Talia are you exicted??" Johnny chuckled out as he saw Talia smiling brightly looking out the window looking excited. All the guys admired how excited she was, it was nice to know Talia would see family besides her brother. Hell they were excited too, to see her family was one of their many goals. Once they got there they saw a crowd of people at a orange house. They all looked out the window fascinated as it was dark and there were lights making the bring orange house homie.

Talia jumped up and ran out the door as the guys quickly followed, they all made it outside and saw Talia jump into this old mans arms looked like she was about to cry.

"Hola abuelo." (Hello grandpa)

"Hola mami." (Hi honey*mami is like a sweet term*)

The guys looked at the old man he didn't seem like the typical old grandpa, he was built he looked strong and good for his age. When they first took a glimps at him, it looked like he had such a strong face, but once Talia ran to hug him he softened it looked like he wanted to cry.

They heard shuffling and turned to Miguel who looked like he just woke up and had a lazy smiled on his face as he made eye contact with his grandpa who gave him a wide smile.

"Miguelito." Their grandpa let go of her and widen his arms to signal him to hug him. Miguel jogged up to him and gave a whole bear hug and aggressively patted each others backs. While Talia was saying hi to her old friends and family. She turned to her grandpa and hooked her arm with him and brung him her members.

"Abuelo, eyos son mis amigos, pero solo son 9 de ellos." His eyes widen. (Grandpa, these are my friends, but only 9 of them)

"Hay mas???" (Theres more??)She giggled and nodded and turned to the guys. She waved Taeyong to come closer.

"Abuelo puedes hablr coreano? Solo quando hablas con ellos."(Grandpa can you speak Korean? You just need ro when you speak with them.)She asked him with some puppy dog eyes he sighed a nodded. He didn't really mind speaking korean he actually learned it to communicate with his in laws but effort was wasted when her mother started everything. But he kept practicing since what his grandchildren spoke was mostly korean. He learned for years and was glad now it can come into use.

"Hello." He gently smiled at all of them the guys widen their eyes in surprise and looked at Talia.

"He had practice his korean for years my grandpa is basically fluent, so grandpa let me introduce you to our leader." She unhooked her arm from him and went to Taeyong who seemed a little nervous she grabbed his hand as practiced and lead him to her grandpa.

Right before they were all a nervous mess as they didn't know spanish, different customs, etc. So Talia told them just to wait for her to say hi along with her brother and she will grab them one by one and introduce them to him.

"Abuelo this is Taeyong, or who I call yougie." Her grandpa smiled widely hearing the nickname recognizing it as she mentioned it while calling him.

"Hell-" before Taeyong could even finish his sentence her grandpa pulled him for a hug aggressively patting him.

"Thank you for taking care of my little girl." He murmured as it seemed he was about to spill tears looking at the others and smile.

"Come introduce yourselfs I'm sure I know your names just not faces." He smiled gently, they stared at him for a bit feeling familiar with his gesture but they couldn't pin point it. Talia grabbed the next person Taeil, she went from oldest to youngest. Her grandpa recognized them by the features as Talia would usually describe them in what feature they had or what he knows them by.

Taeil was the shortest guy, Johnny the tallest guys, Taeyong easy to bribe and very handsome, Yuta Japanese handsome prince, Doyoung looks motherly, Jaehyun looks like a heartbreaker aka lover boy, Jungwoo puppy, Mark as in Marky but Canadian boy, and Haechan bestie and a bright boy.

The guys were surprised how he spoke Korean so fluently, they found him like an adorble grandpa when they went in they were smothered by the twins aunts, sitting them down and getting drinks and snacks. They asked them questions and made the twins and their grandpa translate.

They boys found how the twins got their energy from as they both seem quiet they do have a loud side and this is where they got their loud side. They found everything fun and exciting especially their culture.

It was getting later and they were still having fun. Then they started playing music but not slow drinking music no dancing. Talias eyes lit up when she heard the beat.

"WAIT THIS IS OUR FAVORITE!" She yelled out grabbing her brother and dragging him to the empty space. He shook his head and accepted his fate but in reality he really did want to dance too. They did a simple movement of back anf fourth which seemed simple enough to the guys, but then they started doing more spinning but still connected which the guys were amazed at. The song ended and twins came back smiling feeling good.

"What was that??" Johnny asked confused. The others looked at Tali for answers. Tali humed.

"Its called nortenas, its a slowish but kinda upbeat way of dancing. You usually dance with a partner while dancing." Tali explained the guys nodded.

"Is there other types?" Mark asked quite curious now. Talia nodded her smile widening happy that her members are curious about her culture.

"There are a couple some type of dances are similar like the type of dance is called what type of music it is. Like batchata and nortena, here be and Miguel will show you all of them."

"All of them?" He turned to her flabbergasted.

"Yup all lets go and give them a show." She grabbed his arm and pulled him up with him slightly trudged his way.

"First up nortenas, then huapangos..." and they continued to show the guys. Haechan shot up and raised his hand like a student.

"CAN I DANCE WITH YOU BUB?" He asked excitedly, Talia giggled at his excitment and reach out her hand to him he followed eagerly.

"Okay ready?"

"Ready."

She smiled and positioned his hand on her back and the other holding her hand. She signaled her aunt to play the music. They started with something pretty simple steps and he kept up with beat well and since man was a pretty good dancer he could keep up with the speeding up and slowing down. He did trip on her and step on her a couple times which he said sorry a lot to.

"Ah this is fun, can we try the spins?" Haechan asked innocently, Talis eyes widen and looked at her brother then back at him.

"Um yeah let's try." 1st was a fail he tripped Tali and she almost fell, the Haechan almost made them bump into someone.

"Ah okay wait Miguel come here." She called out for her brother who was already on his way to her.

"My guy, your problem is you need to be more firm bend your knees a little and keep on foot between her legs and another on the outside of her leg. Lastly you gotta watch where you are going." He positioned haechan the way he supposed and and patted his back indicating good luck.

"Okay you good?" She made sure he was comfortable. He nodded his head and started to concentrate. He did it he successfully spinned and one by one the members started to learn.

"I wanna learn more!" Taeyong cheer as he was the final guy to learn the spin. Tali smiled and looked at her brother.

"Hm we can learn batchata its pretty easy." He thought out for a moment. Talia nodded in agreement she went to her speaker put prince royce. The night went on and they pretty much got everything down except la quebradita, Talia was hesitant but gave in. Her brother and her demonstrated. The guys were noting things down and it was now Haechan who was first gonna try. With some trial and errors they all were able to do it.

"Just make sure you dont do that with other females or me on camera." She stated laughing nervously.

"Why?" Everyone was confused on why. She raised an eyebrow at them.

"Its too close like physically, in my culture its acceptable with some accounts but with people that don't know....its a culture shock." They hit that realization.

"Ahh."

Lets say when they got on stage they showed some moves alright.
