I don’t know exactly how much these traits affect gameplay, cause I haven’t tested them myself, but here’s what I’ve found:

Do you know of any autism traits that work? The only one I've found seems to be too outdated to work and I haven't been able to find any others. This is probably a weird request but I love more realistic gameplay and this is one of the few things I feel I'm missing

I’m pretty sure you can use mccc! (it might be mc woohoo idrk)
This mod also has the ability to disallow male pregnancy
And with this mod you can terminate any pregnancy without any reaction or buffs from the sim!

Hi! I was wondering if there was a mod that allows you to lock the fridge for sims who aren't part of your household (like you can lock your computer or rooms in the game). I'm really annoyed that they always eat my food when they visist

Hi!
This mod by @kawaiistacie allows your sim to become a maid, nanny, market vendor and DJ :)
And I found some stand alone npc careers too:
Librarian
Postal service
Fitness instructor
I think this mod unlocks a grim reaper career but I’m not sure lol
Tragic clown career
Pollinator
Wellness career
Animal rescue career and another one here
