I think I noticed something
Okay so there's a video that was linked in the now-defunct USA site, there was a video. That video is called "WHATAREYOUDOINGHERE?" on a channel called "youshouldntbehere". The url on the USA site said "captainwhyareyoudoingthistome?" The video starts with the "Door" voice saying "I can't believe you fell for it," and then a "jumpscare" with a skull. Text says, "THE USA THANKS YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE BACK DOOR NOW PLEASE LEAVE" which is something in itself, but not what I want to focus on.
The video contains Morse Code which at first tries to deter you from decoding further because there's no point really. What follows is a mess of a story. But one thing caught my attention.
This is what it says before the story of the "Lady in the Fountain"
(I initially copy-pasted a comment but the all caps can be hard to read so I am "fixing" it, so for the record Morse doesn't have any punctuation I added that)
You found a secret. And you know what it is?
Nothing! Absolutely nothing! you so studious
Anyway, if you want to keep decoding, you could hear what the man in the machine has to say to you.
But as stated before, it is nothing.
So you will be, in fact, wasting your time here decoding an age-old but defunct language in order to hear the nonsensicle ramblings of a mad man.
But again, there is nothing of any importance here so any time you spend decoding you should view as you would a crossword, or a sudoku perhaps, as there is nothing that lies at the end of this puzzle but the satisfaction you may derive from decoding it.
Now that we have that settled, let's get on with it. And keep in mind that, much like the deciphering of this code, the story I will tell next means nothing. Or does it?
It's meaningless. Come on now, there is no lore here, there is no hidden meaning, there is just this code on a page that you have decided to remain on despite repeated warnings that you have simply found an unintended back door and to kindly leave. When you decipher all this, you will realize it all means nothing.
But you can't help yourself can you? Even if it's only a one percent chance that something of value is here
You must carry on. And honestly, I respect that. But this code will lead you nowhere. It will, for all intents and purposes, be a waste of time. Much like the story of the Lady of the Fountain.
It then proceeds to tell the story of the Lady in the Fountain (find the whole thing, it's worth looking at despite the warnings) and the story ends with the Lady telling the Captain,
AR FTPGQ GHRSAGE SHW SPVT YHU GHR EHR RSPR OY GHW
("it means nothing how have you not got that by now")
All that, and the repeated theme of meaninglessness, and I want to specifically point to "the man in the machine".
Specifically because this smacked me in the face

I'm sorry, WARFSTACHE OS?
The "man in the machine" is referred to as a mad man. The easiest to think of is Wil!
But it had me thinking about...this guy.
And that's where my thoughts currently end. Feel free to draw your own conclusions lol
