when you fell asleep in a library, having overworked yourself physically and mentally due to slaving over some mind-numbingly dull work, you really didn’t expect there to be any consequences.

however, waking up to find the bookcase right in front of you glowing with a certain.. inviting (?) orange aura was a moment you’d never be able to forget.

you, obviously, walk towards the bookcase and reach a hand towards one of the books right in the middle.

a whoosh. and a thump.

gasp- some sort of a wind lifts you up?? you’re floating in air?!?!

and then! there’s some sort of a .. hovering screen in front of you? it reads the following message :

“otome unlocked : welcome to sealook high! you, the transfer student, must navigate through various trials and tribulations of a new school .. and maybe even find love..?

explore a whole new world where you can meet new people and do fun extracurriculars but oh, definitely remember to stay up to date with your class work!

play the game today and enjoy the perfect high school romance~ <3”

an otome game-? is this a hologram?? is someone playing some kind of a prank on you??

honestly though.. this seems a bit too real to be just chalked up to a joke.. could you maybe still be dreaming?

as if on cue, the hovering screen somehow senses your hesitation. the words disappear from the screen and are instead replaced with a single question :

"start?"

so? will you?

[yes] [no]

notes : idk what im doing w this lowkey but i have a vision so stick w me guys + i'll post a proper intro post for this series later <3 this is js a thing to scope out peoples opinions on something like this!!! <3

a guide to : whispers of sealook high [ft. ot7 riize!]

okay lovely player, here and now i, the creator, will be explaining to you how this game (series) will play out.

throughout the storyline, you will meet different characters. you can choose to play through their routes and make choices specific to them; but you must remember to not neglect your duties and relationships towards the other characters.

should you happen to make a wrong decision, you will get a BAD END. there may be multiple of these scattered throughout; so beware!

in most cases, you will get the option to simply go back and restart from whichever point you choose. however, certain cases will involve polls via which all the players must make one collective decision. whichever option wins the poll will become the only playable option.

for example; say there's a poll which poses the question of choosing which riize member you wish to hangout with for the day. if sungchan wins the poll (i.e. has the maximum number of votes) you will only get to hangout with him (meaning, i will write only for him).

this is a new concept i'm trying out, so i'm mainly winging everything; hence i am definitely more than open to any suggestions or tips or even some ideas that you might want to see here!

notes : not anything too hugebut im swamped w overthinking rn so!! js a little explanation/intro for the series <3 and the header did take me 3 hours tyfa! and obviously tumblr fucjed up how it looks so click for better qquality OH AND THE LITTLE DOODLES KINDA GIVE HINTS ABOUT ALL THE CHARAS !!! SO HEHE HAVE FUN W THAT <3
