The following steps will help you with getting perfect slices: 🌺 Refrigerate your cheesecake as soon as you get it from us for freshness as well as having a firmer cheesecake to cut. 🌺 Run a non-serrated sharp knife under hot water. 🌺 Wipe the knife with a clean towel to remove excess water. 🌺 Cut into the cheesecake all the way to the crust with the pointy side of the knife going in first towards the middle of the cheesecake. 🌺 Repeat these steps before each slice to guarantee a clean and nice cut every time. A little trick to get more out of your cheesecake: Cut your cheesecake into quarters and continue to cut those quarters and following pieces into halves until you get the desired quantity of slices. We would suggest going up to 16 slices for a 9-inch cheesecake. If you don't want the hassle, we offer 10-slice and 20-slice cutting services.
