Y'know #skinneutrality and all that but some days I just really wish my skin didn't hurt, itch, or make others think I don't wash
#that time my lovely MIL suggested a hygiene and skincare class to me#when i shower everyday#use high quality daily face washes and creams#do masks when i can#gently exfoliate 2x a week#use pimple patches when i get biggins#am on birth control which should help it#wtf more should i do#ppl think they know so much#personal#skin positivity#skin neutrality#acne prone skin#eczema#contact dermatitis#skin allergies#dermatillomania
