What Is The Medicine For The Heart
Ibn Al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said:
«فإن دواءه في مخالفة الهوى وذلك أصعب شيء على النفس وليس لها أنفع منه.»
❝Medicine for the heart is to oppose whims and desires
and that is the most difficult matter upon the soul and there is nothing more beneficial for it than this.❞
