I never posted about that Rottmnt/Submas AU I made, did I?

#i took inspo from that atla/rottmnt fic and tossed them into the pokemon world #thing is Don and Raph are in Unova. While Mikey and Leon dropped into Hisui during the Red Sky #i wrote a bit of it and they were dropped into the lake the MC ponders their betrayal at #ya know with the lil shinx and luxio cutscene that made them feel alone? yeah right after that two turtle teens fell from the sky #anyways both pairs of brother get taken in by the respective Subway Master/Warden and figure out how to reunite them and the submas twins #elesa and akari are there for the ride #pokemon #submas #pokemon legends arceus #rottmnt #rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles

volo? possessed? why of course not! he’s perfectly normal, perfectly fine nothing to see here 😇

(additional possessed!volo drawings/concepts i didn’t post here yet 🙈) more info about the au below the cut!

- dark volo is basically related to giratina’s power and resentment for arceus; since volo was around giratina lots (and a susceptible host) that power and resentment also housed in him (being around all of that dark energy will do something to ya (in this case))

- dark volo doesn’t manifest as a separate being at first he’s more in the background while volo is still arceus obsessed

- once volo starts showing less interest in dethroning arceus dark volo starts trying to take control (or back control, really)

- he just shows up one day and volo’s like what...

- dark volo slips into control pretty easily. obviously his appearance changes a bit (messy hair, sometimes glowing giratina-esque eye) but I love to first think of ppl reacting like they do in ygo lol like “oh it’s still volo but he kinda looks a little different that’s weird”

- dark volo would ofc be awful and gaslight ppl… for example ingo who is back but has no memories of unova OR hisui

- ingo would be same case as pla he’d remember phrases/things but have no idea why (he’d call out agile/strong style in battle then be like why did I say that??)

- i hc volo as a big tea drinker so i think he’d drink a lot to try and help his headaches/fatigue/other physical symptoms that come with the possession

- once he and emmet get closer emmet will try to make him tea to help; emmet’s awful at it at first but he learns 🥺

(i don’t plan to continue anything else with this au for now but i still wanted to share these drawings ;w;)

Some thoughts:

Gen 5 was all about giving their gym leaders some star power, SO it only makes sense they’d have flashy galas and “red carpet” events every year.

Famous Pokemon trainers are considered celebrities. Ingo and Emmet might just be “the train guys” but they’re definitely up there in popularity — have ya SEEN the polls???

Would love to draw it sometime but I can only imagine Burgh does “artistic” and “interpretive” entrances with his bugs and insane clown posse.

Elesa’s outfit is inspired by Emolga, and it just so happens she matches with the twins. Toooootal coincidence that they didn’t plan for uh huh uh huh.

Skyla crinkling and crackling every time she moves from the sheer amount of snacks shes got stuffed in her dress. Shes more stacked than a 7-Eleven.

May god help your soul. He is so so caring.

He's cared for emmet in the past. He knows his way around illness

Cough meds are once a hour, fever is every 2 hours. Bless him if you can swallow pills he'll search all of unova for liquid meds.

Hydrate or diedrate. He is persistence that you finish the cuppa before he gets you a blanket.

Although he wouldn't normally cuddle with Emmet when he was sick. You are a exception. Him and excadrill will cuddle with you if you want.

Now when you get better he is okay. He's chill. Though he recommends face masks for 2 weeks after. Bless him he's worried

"Hah- I told you so"

Although he's not as great as ingo he does try and help. Which means lots of phone calls with ingo for advice

Unlike ingo he will refuse to cuddle unless forced, or he has some days off work incase he gets sick.

His specialties include canned soup. And Meds timing.

All of his joltiks come to be Lil nurses and cuddle bugs for you.

He'll do his best to entertain and help. Albeit watching train montages aren't as entertaining for you. Unless you like them as much as he does.

Ingo is a common sight. He'll take your Temps for emmet. Emmet is so scary around illness he physically can't.

After you get better.... he gets sick and that's a whole new issue.

He's cared for sick grunts- and bug types.

He will not hesitate to steal meds for you.

Ya boy guzma has all the tapu coco for you.

Wait you need cuddles??? Sure- just don't say a word to the others about this.

He's very cuddly already but when your sick he's more soft, gentle even.

He will help you bathe if your okay with it. Albeit he's embarrassed.

Wonder how his hair is so soft?? He'll wash your hair and show you.

His bugs will try and help, Golisopod will grab you and sheld you. They think you have a enemy :((

When your better he'll are sure you watch your self.

Take vitamins!!

I was listening to So Much (For) Stardust and accidentally had too many thoughts in one sitting so we have another AU concept. I don't have a solid name yet so I've just been calling Team Supernova AU.

Long story short:

Ghetsis freezes over Unova's major cities, taking most survivors hostage to join Team Plasma, and leaving several thousands dead from the frost

Emmet, Elesa, and others try fending off the Plasma Frigate in Nimbasa but ultimately lose with injuries (Emmet got frozen on his right side)

Emmet takes as many survivors as he can into the tunnels, later joining other groups to his and forming Team Supernova in resistance to Team Plasma

Ingo went missing about a year prior to all of this, so Emmet has already spent a lot of time alone. The only pokemon he has left is Ingo's Chandelure, as the rest did not survive the invasion. He's generally very cold and shut off emotionally as a result, and doesn't really express himself like he used to.

I'll drop more details later, right now the AU in early concept stages so it's essentially a bundle of "what would this be like" and "what if this happened" and "this could be cool". If I have time I'll drop some of the other uniform designs later. Anyways have a good night, see ya.

Marble Hornets AU where gradually, one by one, all of the characters get sent to the pokemon universe before they die or disappear.

Jay gets sent to Hisui though. Arceus chose him to be its specialist white boy

#i was thinking the main boys™ get sent to Unova #the rest are in Sinnoh #or they actually died. idk #since they are not of this world the international police or something take them in #to integrate into their society ya know #of course none of them tell the entire truth‚ whether that's bc of memory loss or past mistakes varies #but they tell the gist of it; tall creepy guy stalked them which had various symptoms that drove them insane #this being Pokemon they actually take that as truth. it wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen #they all get special therapy‚ heal‚ and become members of pokemon society in due time #Tim gets sent last and‚ reuniting with a more mentally sound Brian and Alex‚ asks where Jay is #of course they don't know #so the three of them try to figure it out #aaaaaand maybe‚ maybe not ‚ Tim got dumped onto the subway tracks #where a certain... grinning fellow finds him making friends with joltiks #who knows :]]]#also only some of them are actual nerds so Alex already knows some things #and I think it'd be funny if Tim somehow got a shiny joltik stuck on him #also when Jay wakes up from... falling from the sky he is bleeding :]#the bullet is gone but the wound's still mostly there #and it's been... adjusted so that it didn't hit any vitals #ya know so that it's something simple #anyways that's my thoughts #i just want them to be happy #pokemon #marble hornets

not sure if anyone has done this yet but:

EDIT: I'm just now realising that I probably should have separated Anabel and Ingo, so if you voted for that, feel free to specify which of them you voted for!

Also, feel free to add on who else you think could get hit with the eeby deeby - I only put the "base" facility heads here (ie battles with no frontier gimmicks) so there's definitely more options than these.

Reasoning for each under cut:

Palmer: Got "skipped" in the line of Battle Tower leaders for a muppet in L:A. Also, he is Barry's dad, for that sweet sweet angst.

Emmet: I think this one is obvious - besides, it would be a nice parallel for one twin to be thrown into the region before Unova, and one into the region after.

Châtelaines: A bit more unlikely TBH given this is their region, but they're next up after Ingo without counting Emmet.

Red / Blue: Technically, they're the heads of the Battle Tree so they count. Also, Kalos was notorious for Gen 1 nostalgia, so what better way to invoke more Gen 1 than these two? They could even Mega their starters! Blue was even mentioned to have visited Kalos before (by an NPC who mentions a guy who said "Smell ya later!", his iconic quote).

Leon: Head of the Battle Tower in SWSH so I'm counting him. Besides, Britain and France are quite close geographically, only separated by the Channel. It would be really funny (and on-brand) if he got lost and ended up here. Also, he's Hop's brother, for the angst if we want to go that route.

Anabel: Technically, she hasn't been isekai'd in specifically a Legends game yet. Given that Kalos' generation is the one that also remade Hoenn (albeit also snubbing the entire Emerald BF), and Looker has his own Lumiose City sidequest in the postgame, she actually has a reasonable case to show up here.

Ingo: Has nothing to show but sheer popularity - and potentially becoming a recurring character for the Legends games, given he was a relatively oddball pick for L:A to begin with.
