EA released the most underwhelming goth kit ever. The limited number of items in a kit surely couldn't get the fun variety of this immortal fashion current. Комплект «Грандиозная готика» — восторг в степени восторга! Мне безумно понравились все до единого объекты CAS и то, как они сочетаются с вещами из других наборов. Перекраски кофточек и высокие сапоги на платформе чудо как хороши!

Как это всегда бывает у ЕА, без нюансов не обошлось. Куртка с капюшоном, как оказалось, ломает глаза персонажам. Но мне так понравилась эта куртка, что я решил махнуть рукой на баги и замаскировал безобразие темными очками.

Бонус: тёмная сторона Юки Бер и Юки из MySims.

I know it’s only a kit but like,,, anyone else sad about the fact that the Goth Galore Kit didn’t add Goth Music to the music preference options??? We have “Spooky Music” I guess, and Goth is pretty a niche music genre but still….

They gave us Metal Music with Nifty Knitting but not Goth Music for the GOTH THEMED KIT???? A missed opportunity methinks. They could have also done that with the Grunge Kit. I understand that it’s more work and kits are supposed to be small and cheap, but it would make sense to add the genre of music that the fashion style is associated with/popularized by.

Could be a really cool and fun addition.

Yeah, nah.

The Goth Galore kit is bullshit. It's baby emo at best. Not to mention multiple styles of one mesh in the swatches for many of the clothing items which is a pet hate of mine. Who the hell goes through all their swatches to check for styles? Not me, anyway. It all looks like old, retextured items we already have as well. All the pants/skirts are low-rise (COME. ON.) and the makeup? THE MAKEUP?!

Not since the Batuu travesty that EA released have I ever been LESS inclined to buy a kit.

Not even keeping the generously-made BGC version.

Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. Disclaimer: I am ye olde school goth, and I know there are a bajillion different subgenres of goth in existence - I did a research paper on it in university. But this kit is just so mediocre it hurts.
