Dreamy Dress - by me (;

Saw a similar dress on Pinterest and I just HAD to make it on the sims. Took me an offensive amount of time to get it to look nice but after so many tears, here it is <3

Notes:

Accessories are shinny in CAS, but look okay in game. Same apply for some parts of the shoes/feet.
