Kokoru (Deltarune OC)

I genuinely never thought I’d be making one of these but here they are... I uh, guess

There’s no warnings I could give aside from mentioned bullying but nothing GRAPHIC

Anyways uh, I guess I hope y’all like the lad?

| Name: Kokoru

| Nicknames: Koko, Oko, or Koru (or Ru-Ru)

| Gender: He/They

| Age: N/A (I don’t wanna do the full math for certain events in their life but he is an adult doggo lmao)

| Height: 5’2”

| Species/Race: Lightner (more specifically a Dog Monster lmao)

| Eye Color: Left eye is a Mossy/Sage Green sorta color (idk why tf i said dark brown) and the Right Eye is a Deep Blue

| Fur Color/Body Type: Chocolate Brown (he’s based off of a Labrador so go figure) and he’s kinda chubby

| Appearance: His main outfit is a pretty oversized Mint Green turtleneck sweater (he has peach colored suspenders) he also wears peach colored yoga pants as well (he doesn’t wear shoes, he has claws n such), and finally he wears a long peach colored scarf around his neck, it seems to have their name stitched into the fabric and then a heart at the end of it, they seem to cherish this scarf a lot… (he wears like a darker colored sorta peach sunglasses, they seem to wanna hide their eyes mostly, but also they think the heart shaped sunglasses are also cute as well)

Also before it’s asked yes they have the t o e b e a n s, 100%- Also they have floppy ears as well, of course sharp teef since they be a doggo- For a smaller detail on em- They have three tufts of fur sticking up on their head (i think its cute, ok? shut up fjkdlkfjgds) don’t forget the long floof tail that can fuckin knock the shit out of you (he wouldn’t do it on purpose tho)

He doesn’t have any scars but one final detail I can think of is that he has a lil white patch of fur on his chest.

| Personality: Kokoru… Well honestly it's no wonder I based him off a Labrador fjkdfslfjds- They are kind as can be, sweet, friendly and outgoing (literally they could walk right into a trap and still be trying to befriend the enemy), he’s pretty even tempered (like seriously it’s EXTREMELY rare to piss Koko off ...but not… ENTIRELY impossible eheh…) he is pretty smart (there are occasions where the dumb doggo mindset takes over and he makes mistakes), overall they are a total sweetheart, just a wee bit too gullible (oblivious lad too btw), and easy to trick, FAAARRR too trusting as well, he’s got a gentle soul on the bright side though lmao.

Koko just likes to have adventures and go wherever his heart takes him, he’s always ready for an adventure, although the one thing Koko absolutely hates is fighting/violence…

They won’t dare fight because they don’t wanna hurt anyone, it’s bad enough they’ve hurt a lot of others with that dumb tail of theirs alone… God forbid, something w o r s e happens.

| Side Facts: I’ll probs develop his personality waaay more if I write for them BUT… For now there’s the basics- Koko hasn’t actually ventured into the Dark World yet (mostly so I can actually, have shit to write for later but shh) honestly I will at least say, Kokoru would only see the Dark World(s) as a big adventure! An opportunity to have some fun! Honestly because of their BIG love for adventures and how outgoing they are along with several other factors, hell, they might not even realize they could be throwing themselves into danger ...But by the time they realize or figure anything out it'd be too late.

Koko seems to have a love for writing and drawing tbh, they can be caught doing that mostly and when they have free time they can be seen playing some video games but mostly drawing/writing, Koko also loves baking and dreams of having his own bakery one day! (probs fix treats like Dog Claws (kinda like the Bear Claw pastries but ya know, d o g themed, probs have a lotta dog pun themed treats) of course all his treats WOULD be safe for humans/monsters and well, dogs alike- They wanna be mindful of everyone.

Honestly Koko is definitely Asexual and Panromantic btw.

Another thing the sunglasses Kokoru wears like I said, one they are cute to him BUT they also wear the sunglasses to hide their different colored eyes, it seems Koko feels embarrassed by his eyes (Koko has been bullied before thanks to his different colored eyes, by his own siblings and just random ass people before, so he’s HEAVILY self conscious over his eyes)

Koru probably acts offended when someone throws a ball in front of them like *How rude! You think just because I’m a dog I’ll fetch something for you? ...and not even 3 seconds later he lets out a bark and goes fucking F E R A L and chases after the ball/toy you threw, he definitely does a lotta dog themed things, like when he’s asleep if they are dreaming they’ll kick and begin letting out those lil noises (y’all know the ones…) they also usually sleep curled up in a ball OR on their back with their tongue lolled out.

Koko gets embarrassed and flustered as all hell if someone scratches behind their ears and he’ll try his damnedest to act like it doesn’t affect him but… If you look down you’ll see one of his lil legs kicking (if you find The Spot(™) on them in general their leg will begin to kick), is very good at getting what they want thanks to the infamous puppy dog eyes although you can’t really see their eyes too well under those sunglasses you can FEEL the puppy dog eyes staring you down, you cannot resist… You are not immune to Kokoru.

Kokoru will also sometimes catch a glimpse of his tail and he has no idea why but he feels compelled to chase after it every. Single. Time. (They can BARELY resist the temptation…)

One final thing... Kokoru? Goes. Fucking. M E N T A L over ice cream (Puppuccinos are his kryptonite dude) vanilla only for him of course but they will go c r a z y go stupid over the ice cream so you have been warned...
