when a cockroach made me cry
and i had an epiphany
so, i had a knot in my throat, i was feeling shitty and upset with my life and complicated family, texting my bf about it, venting out.
i heard some scratching noises coming from my woodbox, where i keep my paint tools. i looked at my cat, she looked at me, we both looked at the box and a fucking huge cockroach came out of it.
it was 3 am. i tried to shush my crying and screams, the disgusting thing went for me, i panicked, i tried to spray on it. i made so much noise, i woke up my mom, who’s not well these days, she said “shut up, stop it! it’s just a cockroach!” whilst helping me out. after we killed the nasty beast, i started cleaning my precious woodbox, but i couldn’t because of tremblings hands.
she saw i wasn’t well after all, gave me water and went back to sleep.
afterwords, i tried calming myself listening to music, but i just cried till dawn. i was feeling miserable (bc of the things that were making me feel like that before the cockroach event) and looked and my cat who’s by the window looking at the early morning birds.
i went to her in tears and she grabbed my hand with her claws and bite me, typical. so i grabbed breakfast for me and cookies for her to observe the birds with her. so i noticed that a patch of woodland was recently devastated, no green to be seen. i felt bad for it because it was home for many urban species of animals. i didn’t pay attention to my surroundings and i missed something special to me and i realized i don’t want that, i don’t want to.. end.
so i went to my own neglected little plants and took care of them like i didn’t do for months. i cleaned their leaves, watered, nurtured it. by doing that i felt cared for too. right now i am tired, because i didn’t sleep at all, but i do feel better after all.

Citrinitas - Eight bowls of water
This is a meditative progression, from nonreality to nonreality so from the initial recognition of an nonexistent center of conciousness there arises the eight windows that appreciate reality.
Besides the five senses there is the (( 6th )) sense; the integration of input to make a Seal on the Mind as an Impressiom. Sealed at the time of apprehension, by our previous experience (Now we see the world in white or black - desirable or aversive - and this becomes our marching orders. The White/Yellow hat is sometimes worn to signify a purify liquid stamped on this impression, which can grow as a trifoil from the nonexistant center, into the divisions of that purity as colors in the web of conciousness. Blue is the wisdom of blissful mental states, truely, only accomplished by thoughts of compassion. Infused now by Red flowing into the field of time as these thoughts create reality, this is the BLOOD, fertilizing the Garden. A mind that realizes the conciousness of the Sun as Salt, so that sprinkling causes Sunflares, alchemically speaking. A mind can separate the yellow and red so there is separation of the three worlds, so for now this my image of Tara, Isis, Mary, as She appears as our Mother and Queen. This is the living experience that transforms all eight senses including the the All ground conciousness the Eighth (ālayavijñāna), which ties the Urobouric knot. Now the 7th sense is where this mediation arises - this is what Jung called the world of the Angels or Demons, the active imagination, the place where the dieties are experienced, either as a singularity or as a complete retinue which can expand to include each sentience in the universe, at this subtle level it becomes a continuum. At the Buddhist alter these eight are placed as part of the Mahamudra pointing to fusing the three into one and placing them in the mental panorama as a Trinity.

Built in 1875-1877, this Gothic Revival-style building was built to house a municipal opera house on the top floor and offices for the City of Sidney, and was dedicated as a memorial to those from Shelby County who had died in the Civil War. The building features a stone-clad front facade and red brick-clad rear and side facades, a mansard roof, steep gables at the dormers and facades, gothic arched two-over-two windows, bracketed cornice, buttresses at the corners with gables at the top, a wall former on the front facade with a statue niche at the top, corinthian pilasters and decorative trim, trifoil windows at the corners of the second floor, oxeye windows at the corners of the fourth floor, gabled dormers, a first floor retail shopfront at the front of the building with stone pilasters and replacement storefronts, a south entrance with a stone surround, oxeye window above, and corinthian engaged columns, garage bays at the west end of the south facade, with three gables above, and recessed storefronts on the south facade with arcades featuring gothic arches and corinthian columns, separated by stone pilasters.
The building housed the City of Sidney, the Sidney Police Department, and the Sidney Fire Department until 1939, when the Municipal Building was built on on West Avenue, with the building presently housing the municipal court, along with the offices of the Shelby County Veterans Services. The building is a contributing structure in the Sidney Courthouse Square Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
